Ordered on the 16th January

Ordered on the 16th January, with a standard 48 hour delivery at £3.99. When nothing showed I emailed requesting an eta, no reply. 30th January I received an email to say they couldn't complete my order and a refund would be done.
31st January they took the money for the order.
I called the number, nothing, it's dead! They don't reply through emails. 1st February I got a refund for the goods but not for delivery! They have withheld back the delivery costs!!! Awful company AVOID!

Ordered £257 worth of products last…

Ordered £257 worth of products last week for next day delivery and still no delivery or even dispatch. They do not respond via email or Instagram and their contact number doesn't go through. Clearly an unreliable little amateur side hustle. I'll be making sure none of our group purchase anything from this amateur
