Would like to give it a Zero..

Would like to give it a Zero... This company is a scam so I will report to trading standard . do not fall for there slick website. 1k lost !!!
Background.. motor doesnt work when set up. I have sent emails/ pictures and videos and havnt heard anything which has the hallmark of a scam. The website is slick and they sell on Amazon but I bought directly from them so I don't think I have any support. I wish i read the reviews first so if this saves someone else loosing money then that will be something. I am so glad I didn't order any further equipment as was planning to get the whole gym from them if this first order went well. I will be constantly on there case until I get a refund. and if I dont update anything its because they are scam company

Product arrived damaged and doesn't work, no support

I purchased a treadmill from Sports-Tech and it arrived in a damaged condition, with dents in the handles and a small metal ring fell out of it in two pieces. It also did not come with a UK power adapter, so I had to buy that separately.

Upon turning the treadmill on, the console worked but when starting an exercise, the track just does not run - the motor 'clicks' and nothing happens.

I have tried contacting the company and they simply don't respond, I feel like I've been scammed out of £400 since I have a useless, broken machine and they will not help.

SCAM COMPANY!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! ALERT to potential customers DO NOT make my mistake and order sports tech gym equipment. I Waited for over 4 months for my gym bench to arrive they kept on changing the date of arrival until I eventually received a refund through PayPal after over 40 emails. Their customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced, the amount of stress they have caused me has made me write this review so that other people don’t have to go through it themselves! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Poor customer service

Ordered expecting delivery end of may and only just received my dumbbells. Products are good however there is no customer service and they cannot be contacted wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

SX600 - Faulty Pulse Belt and Rubbish Customer Service

Unfortunately the included Pulse Belt/heart monitor won’t work due to a leaking battery. We have changed the battery and it still won’t work due to the corrosion. Issues like this happen, however you expect them to be resolved once you contact customer service. Unfortunately we’ve had no response. After spending £1,100 you expect a simple issue like this to be put right. We have read many bad reviews about Sports-Tech’s poor after sales service. Unfortunately it is spoiling our enjoyment of the product and until this issue is resolved we cannot recommend this product.

Avoid.

Ordered my exercise bike on the 5th June. Received a conformation email within minutes after taking my money. Website said dispatch would be 15th June. That day came and went, several emails were sent to them without receiving any reply. Finally I opened a case with PayPal on the 18th July, they said if Sportstech do not respond before the 23rd July then I will receive a full refund. I received my refund yesterday. Then Sportstech had the cheek to send me an email to say sorry that I had cancelled my order and I would have received my bike at the end of September!! Really?? Avoid this company, no customer service dispite promises that you will be kept informed of any delay. They do not answer the phone or emails and the webchat has been disabled. I ordered an exercise bike from amazon and it arrived 2 days later with a personal email of thanks.

600 pounds back in May I still haven't received it. I've emailed the company so many times no answer

I wish I'd read the reviews

I ordered a set of dumbells and a bench at the end of March. The dumbells FINALLY arrived start of July but the part that connects the barbell was missing. The bench still hasn't arrived and they keep pushing "Availability date" back.
Their chat function is turned off. There's no way of calling (although regrettably I found out after ordering they're based in Germany even though they use a UK domain) and they don't reply to emails. I get it's Covid but there's no communication at all.
Various elements of their website are broken. You can't link up an account after ordering and there's not even a way of viewing orders on their website, which is alarming given how much they charge! Ideally I'd like to refund the bench as my neighbour is wanting to sell theirs, but there's no way of doing anything. It's like talking to a wall.

The company is a joke

I patiently waited for 2 months for my cross trainer... no communication except for a letter to tell me that the order would be 1 month late.
The cross trainer arrived today, there are no nuts and bolts and no assembly kit.
No customer services number, it has been removed from their website. No live chat available. They do not reply to emails. " We are here for you"? I don't think so. Shameful.

Avoid. they are conmen and thieves

took two payments instead of one. Have pretended to refund me and haven't. I am £2k down and can't see anyway to get it back as Paypal are being really unhelpful. SHould not be allowed to advertise on google.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. We should have received our treadmill at the end of June. I have chased this via email a few times (No other way to contact them) and I finally had a response on the 17th July to say that it was going to dispatched on the 15th July!?!? Apparently I would be receiving shipping details in an email on the day of dispatch. It just makes no sense! I have not received any emails regarding dispatch and they are now not replying to my emails. Very frustrating! Also there website is useless, I just keep getting error messages and it has been this way since April!

Purchased a £1800 treadmill and no communication or delivery details so far. They don’t respond to email, the chat doesn’t work and the telephone number is actually a spam number so nobody will ever pick up. Trying to get my money back through PayPal.

Awful experience of this company

Awful experience of this company. I purchased a product that - though not faulty in any way - did not work in my property. As such, I contacted the company immediately to ask to return it and get a refund. Despite having sent them three emails, no one has responded. Their website has no contact details other than an email address. I am now having to seek alternative means to get a refund of a product I do not want. Steer clear of this company.

No Customer Service At All...Avoid

I tried to contact this company for an update on my order but got nothing back then I read the reviews on the company which were shocking. I e-mailed again to cancel my order and requested a refund and still nothing. I then contacted InnovationMaxx and got no reply from them either. I resorted to contacting my bank as I was concerned....funny enough a week later I received a letter and another week on I have got my refund. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Great exercise bike

I ordered the SX 500 exercise bike on the 29th April 2020. At that time the website indicated that the delivery date would be the 16 June. I thought that was a bit optimistic at the time as much of Europe was in lockdown due to COVID. I was prepared to wait though as, after some research it was the product I wanted. It also looked as though most other suppliers were out of stock and would be for some time.

It arrived on 13 July. I set it up in less than an hour using the YouTube video and am very pleased with it after a couple of sessions.

I agree with a lot of the comments about post purchase contact. I did contact the company and they told me it would dispatch on 3rd July. There was no tracking and the bike turned up at my door. It is over 70kg so the guy needed a hand getting it in, Told me that he had been delivering a few of Sportstech products around central Scotland.

I put a lot of these issues down to the chaos that Covid has brought to the supply chain.

So the summary of my experience would be great product, customer service could be a lot better but to a certain extent understandable given the wider situation.

So my cross trainer has arrived today…

So my cross trainer has arrived today with missing parts, i have been emailing this company past 2 weeks just asking for an update on the arrival of the items. I ordered a cross trainer & treadmil but only the cross trainers turned up with missing parts im absolutely fuming do not buy from this company wish id read the reviews before purchasing😭😭😭

Woeful company

Woeful company, no customer service, no way to contact, can't return a truly awful bit of gym equipment, please don't make the same mistake I did buying from these crooks, avoid and buy at places like fitness superstore, or if you want their shoddy equipment, at least do it through Amazon so you have a way to return.

Oh and don't bother trying to leave a review on their site, they won't publish it. Fuming.
