Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional, twice I order the product that is in the picture and twice they send me from the same manufacturer a worse product that is not in the picture and I just waste my time and money on them. I will never work with a company like this again in my life, not to mention how bad their customer service is, so waiting over a week for someone to answer your email is a disaster.

Am 01.10 ghost whey bestellt, kommt nicht an. Auf eine Email wird nicht geantwortet! Telefonisch ist im Lager niemand erreichbar. Einfach schlecht,
mittlerweile mal mit jemand telefoniert der sich drum kümmern will. nichts passiert.
Update: Klarna hat die Zahlung eingefroren und heute zurücküberweisen.
Bleibt von diesem Shop fern! Inkompetenz wird hier großgeschrieben

I hope I was just not lucky
-2 stars because the product sent had a different composition from what was advertised on the product page. -other 2 stars because after 6 days I still did not get an answer to my email to the customer service. The parcel was delivered fast and it was well packed.
