Sending Wrong Items but Blame On Me. Worst Customer Service
I was willing to buy an “Mammut Aconcagua Fleece Jacket”, and I got something called “Mammut Aconc Flc Jkt” from this website. And what had been delivered to me is “Mammut Aconcagua Light Jacket”, which is a cheaper, thinner model. In case you don’t know the difference between these 2 models, imagine that you order an iPhone and get an iPhone SE instead of. I immediately report this issue to the customer service, but after 5 days I got an reply that it is how they name the item so the fault is on myself. How can they put a totally misleading name and say it is their way of giving name, and then blame the customers. Totally NONSENSE!!
I have googled again. They are the only website not mentioning the “Light” in the name for this jacket. And they think there is no problem. What a joke!
Sports World is not a small company so they should do better! But how they behave is very disappointing.
The customer support’s attitude is very arrogant, and they don’t do any compensation, if I want to return it, I need to pay the 49dkk transport cost. (Plus the transport cost I paid on the way to me will not be return as well anyway.)
I will never buy from them again and I highly recommend others to avoid them as well.
Added on April 10 th, to their reply:
Yeah keeping saying it is correct in YOUR system. Why don't you call it Chanel jacket and sell it for 10K? You don't care common rules anyway.

Recieved “used” shoes.
Recieved a damaged box with a pair of yeezys that had obviously been tried on by another customer.
The lacing was completly opened up and the paper that holds the shoes form was removed, and laid seperatly in the box.
Its not the end of the world, However when you expect a new pair of shoes i would like to recieve what i ordered.

Everything went smoothly
I had to write a review because i placed 6 orders with this store and everything went smoothly. Before my first order i tried looking up reviews on this site and it kinds scared me to even place a order, but since the prices where so good, i had to try it and worth taking a risk.
First order where the yeezy bsktbll knit shoe's and i got there here in less then 6 days and they kept me updated the whole process with tracking numbers etc. and this gave me the confidence to order more!
They had a amazing 20% discount on the already discounted yeezy's so i grabbed the frozen blue QMTM shoe's for 36 bucks and the Sea Teal colorway.
So i can highly recommend this store and will be buying again when they have a sale.

Slooooow costumer service and no communication
Your lack of information is distributing. I placed the order 2th of April. Two days after was I informed that my order is confirmed...2 days! Must other companies only use like 2 hours max, to confirm an order.
You write that I would receive my order 10th of April, but I hardly doubt that. If you shall use 2 days to confirm the order, I wonder how long you need to pack the order and even send it.

I received a kids size adidas glove in…
I received a kids size adidas glove in the cheapest predator model instead of the Predator Pro gloves I ordered.
The box in which the gloves came was completely destroyed.
All in all bad experience. Have not heard whether or when I can expect replacement.
Update: was offered a refund as the gloves were not even in stock… hopefully the paid express delivery and return will be compensated… watch out!

Voucher/discount fraud
Voucher/discount fraud. I cannot recommend anyone to purchase from Sports World nor signing up for Sports World's new letters as Sports World do not grant you the promised discounts. I have also been in contact with the customer support several time but they are unwillling to deliver as promised in their advertising on the web site. Indeed a very disappointing experiences with Sports World.

I tried to find a phone number
I tried to find a phone number. When I found a Danish number, they were all busy. And they directed me to use the chat function on the homepage. There was no chatfunction on the homepage. I am still waiting to receive the product I bought.

Bought a pair of shoes
Bought a pair of shoes. They were to small. Would change to a bigger size but couldn’t do that in the store because they were bought online.
So now they are charging shipping for the first pair, shipping for sending them back and shipping for the third time for sending me the right size.
I’m done buying from Sports World again.

Svindel firma
Svindel firma - Pas på !!!
I midten af december 2024 købte jeg et par løbesko som viste sig at være for små. Jeg returnerede straks skoene og fulgte hjemmesidens forskrifter.
Her - 3 måneder senere har jeg stadig ikke modtaget penge tilbage for skoene.
Til gengæld har jeg fået en mail d. 24 februar hvor jeg bliver lovet at jeg får pengene tilbage indenfor 14 dage.
Her - en lille måned efter - er pengene stadig ikke blevet tilbgebetalt.
Af principielle grunde vil jeg nu gå rettens vej - Firmaet skal ikke have lov til at 'dø i synden'.
