Very good fast service, just great 👍

I purchased an item a week ago, not knowing the item ships from the UK, not Denmark as I was led to believe. I don't want to buy products from a website that is in Danish, with *.dk domain, and then find out it's from outside the EU, or even outside of Denmark. I buy from Amazon.de because they are open about where the items come from, and delivery is just as quick as in Denmark. My item was registered with an unknown delivery service over a week ago, and it's not yet in Denmark. A week from UK to Denmark! Find a proper delivery company, Sportsworld.dk!
I need the item for an upcoming trip, and I fear it's not going to arrive in time. Just want to let people know where they're purchasing from.

However, I purchased something that was apparently not in Denmark, and ended up coming from the UK without knowing.
On the other hand I choose not to create an account, but then I was not able to track the status of my package. It should be possible to track its status without an account.

Stay away!
I bought some Adidas golf shoes which broke within the guarantee period. I send them back but they refused the claim, saying that it was "outside the allowed return period" - which by European Consumer Laws is clearly false.

I cannot warn you enough about NOT shopping with this company as they clearly dont abide the consumer laws and you therefore are lost if your product has a defect!

I ordered express delivery as the package was a gift for a birthday. The package was delivered, I went to go collect it and then I found out it needed a PIN code that I never received. They have my phone number and email but never sent me a PIN code. This is very disappointing as I was VERY excited to collect the gift for the birthday girl. I hope I get compensated for this awful delivery service

If i could give 0 stars, i would.
I live in denmark, byuy a shirt for my dad.
The shirt comes and is not the one i bought. So start a returning process. First of all 40kr for a RETURN LABEL?! Okay. I buy it and print it. Oh now i have to print it out myself too!
If thats not enough, the post place scanned it but it didnt go theough because it doesnt have it on the packaging. So now im stuck in a shitty situation. Cant get another label or even return it still. This was a scam. A setup.
Never buying online from here again.

1. Promise to have 10% discount to first order and from some reason not receive it. Thank you.
2. The goods ordered should be delivered to my door but suprize...was delivered to the parcel box. Thank you.

The staff are rude and sloppy
I had a faulty pair of sneakers that i wanted a refund for or replacement
They declined it without an explanation
Even though I had the recipt
And when to 1 if the workers this is wrong i have a recipt with a 2 yr warranty
She casually said if your not happy then dont shop here

Sportsworld.dk har et bredt sortiment med god kvalitet, og webshoppen er nem at finde rundt i. Leverancer forløber problemfrit. So what's not to like.

Shipping was fast. Extremely difficult to return online orders- came with a label, yet for some reason cannot use it to process a return. Must print your own label AND pay for returns. Cannot return in store which is extremely irritating. At this point, the money it would cost to travel out, pay to print a label, pay for the return, and travel back, is going to cost as much as the item I bought. It feels really scummy to refuse returns in store and to make the process so annoying. Had no idea it would be shipping from the UK either.

No problems, fast and fair priced

Very good quality, only the shipping time was a bit long.

It’s so disappointing. I received 3 sets of shoes in wrong size which is ways bigger than I have ordered. 43 instead of 41. Now I want to return but they have no return facility for free while they made a mistake. I paid for delivery as well. Now return to UK from Denmark cost more than 300dkk which worth more than product cost. There is no customer service number available to talk with. Waste of money for nothing. Shops available in Denmark refuse d to deal with case. Shameful. Not recommend for anyone to shop online from this website.

Will mot recommend buying if from EU. The pants was to big and it would cost me around 75 € to return. As they do not provide normal shipping from regular companys outside uk and Germany.

I payed double for express delivery, yet my parcel has still not been deliverered. Now three days late and still waiting. Don’t advertise express delivery if you can’t hold up to this.

Har købt en adidas sko som skulle være vandtæt, til brug i vinterperioden, men skoen er utæt i goretex membranen og jeg har taget billede af utæthed og medsendt til Sportsworld retur afdeling.
