Such a sad attitude in this company.
I bought a pair of shorts the other day and today I went back to their shop in Herlev to return them again.
To my great surprise, I was told by the store manager that they could not return my money, but only provide me with a gift card.
He said it was a policy from the top and it was my own responsibility to have read this before I bought from them.
What a great policy to treat and talk to people this way.
There are several other companies alike that truly thrive on genuine customer care - just not this shop.
One thing is for sure, I’m convinced to never buy from this place again!

Ordered shoes, estimated delivery time was 14days, a bit long but OK, we weren't in a rush to get them. We received them after 5 working days. No complaints as everything went smooth.

Returning items is impossible

Delayed Delivery
I just ordered shoes from sportsworld, and despite selecting and paying extra for express delivery, my package has been delayed by two days! After ordering, the estimated date of arrival was 25 may, now it is the 27th. The time it takes for delivery, is now well into standard shipping time!! I can't believe paying extra for express delivery doesn't even get you express delivery!

I have ordered a pair Adidas kaptir…
I have ordered a pair Adidas kaptir flow, in april, the right shoe was not ok in the heel. I returned them, ordered a new pair, paid Express, that I want them for my holiday.
I recieved them 22/6, but it loks as it is the same pair??? There is the same wrong with the heel.
I think you have give compensation and sent me a new pair without charge.
