zero customer service

i have to exchange the my purchasing, but the I went to holiday ( 15 July onwards for 2 weeks ), but I missed the invoice payment deadline for 3 days ( i was on summer holiday for 2 weeks) and received the cembra pay payment reminder with 30chf added. never with sportX !!!

Stay away of online shopping … no customer experience

What a shame …. They promise next day delivery and then they do not even try to send it… when you call they claim it is not a guarantee date… and they treat you very bad…

Get away of this old swiss style shopping experience… i rather go with galaxus

Returned but not refunded

On the 11. May I ordered a pair of shoes online which I then brought back to the store to exchange for a smaller size. The cashier said that I had to buy the shoes again,
return the first pair and I will then be refunded for the pair returned. I received a credit note on the 15. of May stating that I will receive the money within the next days. Almost a month later, I have still not received it, customer service is not giving me any useful information (every time I call or write they are “looking into it”, but not coming back to me) and I have been left with a useless piece of paper, paid twice for one pair of shoes.

Had to go home to pick up ski boot for adjusting skis despite that I had provided all information as part of online reservation process

The system for reserving rental skis seems extremely stupid.

I reserved skis online for pickup on a specific date and was asked to type in height, weight, ski boot length, skiing level etc. as well as answer whether I wanted poles, insurance etc. I received an email that a specific ski had been put aside.

When I showed up on the agreed date, they didn't have the skis prepared. In fact, they needed my ski boot (which I didn't bring because everything should have been prepared already). Instead I had to go home to pick up my ski boot and come back and had to go through everything again (height, weight, insurance, poles etc.).

In my opinion extremely unprofessional, and I still haven't figured out why I was asked all the information online when they clearly didn't have it in the store.
