Excellent Customer Experience

I just want to tell you that I am so impressed by your customer service. Needless to say, I am very happy with the product itself and I'm grateful that I spent so many hours and days researching dog food to find the high quality and wholesome ingredients in your brand. But I am overwhelmingly blown away by the prompt and extraordinarily helpful customer service. And it seems that there is such a large support team of agents. Each and every one is so kind, helpful and fast. I hardly ever write reviews because, quite honestly, I rarely find this level of care and attention, so I just had to let you know. Thank you so much!

Huge rip off

Huge rip off. Very little product for such high money. Quality is not even there. For example the salmon has some chunks of salmon near the top of the bag, but none in the middle and bottom. It’s almost like they just sprinkled it in before they sealed the bag. Overpriced. Dogs treated it no different then the regular brand- open farms that I feed them. Just to give you and example..cause the sign you up for a membership…for 2 dogs it cost around $600. I was pissed cause they decided to ship multiple months together. Which never even lasted beyond 1.5 months. Very disappointing.

Beware!

Beware!! My dog will eat anything but won’t eat this. Site advertises risk free but apparently that is only on the food not treats or supplements. Wasted a bunch of money. Wish return policy was stated clearly. They sent me an email with a link to return policy but it opens to a page telling you the page is down. Poor customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED GARBAGE

This Company and products are garbage. Caused severe allergic reactions for my dog. The product is extremely over priced and their customer service is a joke! Don't get sucked into this scam of a company.

I can’t reach anyone by phone

I can’t reach anyone by phone. I really need to speak to a human and not automated system. They put all calls through but never answer. My opinion is they never plan to answer.

So far so good

Our dog LOVES this food!

LOVING This Food

Our dog Tilly is LOVING this food! She eats the recommended amount, and doesn't beg for more! You may think that's a bad thing, but for her, it's a compliment. It shows she's satisfied. She's 13, and we've had her since she was 4. With other foods, she looked around for additional treats because she never seemed to be content with what she just ate. Sometimes, she wouldn't eat at all, and we didn't know what to do next. Now, we know how happy and healthy she is! Received a report from her vet yesterday, and he is SO pleased she's doing well! We are too!

My dog is always looking for more!

The delivery was prompt and tailored feeding instructions were included. There was customer service follow up to answer any concerns or questions. My dog seriously waits by his bowl to be fed. Often prior to this he would walk up smell his food and then walk away. Not any longer!! He looks at me hoping to get fed more! (and sometimes I give in!) I am happy with this purchase!

I don’t have a review necessarily on the food but the customer service was great and very touching. My senior dog was no longer eating and I was getting desperate to try a new food so I stumbled on their add on youtube and I decided to order a bag, unfortunately my dog had to be put down and never got a chance to try the food. I reached out to them and they gave me a full refund and had the kindness words for me at a difficult time.

Unfortunately my 10 month old mini…

Unfortunately my 10 month old mini golden doodle had a bad response to this food. It gave her diarrhea for almost 2 weeks. I doubt I’ll ever know what part of the food she had the reaction from 😢

My dog loves it and he is very picky

My dog loves it and he is very picky. He gets very excited when he sees the bag but needs to sniff it numerous times before he eats it. Once he eats the first piece he eats the rest like a vacuum.

Picky eater with a sensitive stomach and allergies

My dog is a picky eater and also has a sensitive stomach, along with allergies. I decided to give Spot & Tango a try and my dog LOVES IT! I have no problem in getting my dog to eat her food now! Thank you from me and of course my precious dog “IsaBella”!!

My pup is a very picky eater

My pup is a very picky eater. She doesn’t really like any kibble until she tried spot &tango. For the first time she gets to excited to eat dinner. I love that is much healthier for her and she’s worth the cost of this actual food instead of crap that’s in most kibble. She likes it more than fresh pet. Wish I knew about them years ago.
