Being 78 years old, I tend to forget things, but now, not my wallet. I have one in my wallet and one in my car. Great for those large parking lots when you can't seem to remember where you parked. Takes me directly to my car. Thanks for making them so easy to use.

Hi, I very seldom write reviews but I'm doing it now just because of the great customer service that we've received from Ken. I'm a repeat customer of these products. They work. Our last order was lost by the carrier and Ken was in contact with us the whole time. He even offered to replace the lost package at no extra charge. Eventually, the package was found and there was no need for the generous replacement offer. Nonetheless, we seldom find customer service like this. Thank you again Ken.

Great Products Great service
Have purchased multiple items since discovering Spotminders 5months ago. This is first review. Firstly the cards , nice and slim. Glasses case solid construction. Hadn't expected to be as bulky but guess good to protect. Most recent passport holders. Can track all my items. Luckily nothing lost yet to find. But my card did tell me I had left it in the car in wallet before I walked too far away. So you see I'm hooked. Have always had multiple questions with purchase process and special promos occurring at purchase And yes products all work as described .Easy to set up and pair and great its rechargeable but haven't needed to so far. Best of all though is great service from team ( Karl, Michelle and Carol) and communications with me getting my bonuses and updates on delivery etc.. Overall top service , thanks guys.

Such a great idea… have ordered four for my young kids and vehicles just for peace of mind! They work exceptionally well. Still to use them on our overseas trips, but I’m assuming they’ll also offer peace of mind with our luggage etc. and esp when I leave one in our car parked at the airport long term car park.
Marla from the Company was brilliant!! Very slight hic-cup (which was my fault on ordering) she sorted immediately! Deserves a raise!! Very happy to recommend.

I ordered a set of 4 spotminders and when they arrived one was faulty. However customer service through their rep Carol were superb in enabling a speedy replacement which has just arrived today. Carol was polite, understanding and efficient even asking for a video of the faulty card after which she went ahead with replacing the faulty card. Well done Carol.
