Excellent as ever
I have used them for a long time and they have always been excellent. This time, for the first time ever,I had a problem printing the label within the actual boundaries of the label so I contacted them. Their response was immediate and first rate and they went out of their way to help me there and then - it worked. Really super customer service and great labels

Very satisfied
The website is very easy to use and my download was available quickly. I chose the Christmas print which was lovely but the background snowflake design was not clear even when I printed on darker paper. However this is a great idea and perfect to personalise a bottle of wine, my parents loved it.
I would have given 4 1/2 star but did not get the option!
