Avoid this company at all costs!
This company states on their return policy that they offer a 30 day full refund for returns, they don't. This is just a way for them to appear to be following local trading regulations.
What they actually do when you ask for a return is tell you that you need to pay for the cost of the postage and that the items needs to be returned to their factory in China. They then proceed to tell you that this is a cost of 270kr-320kr or more than the refund amount. What they then do as a 'gesture' is offer alternative smaller refund amounts, first they started with 15% then after complaining raised it to 30%.
This company is a scam company who are making money from sending cheap manufactured items from China and then not following their own published returns policy. Or stating clearly on their that the return will cost more than the refund.
The products are cheap, the company is fraudulent and a scam company. Avoid this company at all costs! I also recommend if you have had dealings with this company to report them to the relevant authorities. It's only a matter of time before this company is no longer trading.
