Absolutely love this company. We had our 3 piece suite made and delivered about 20 years ago. Went in today to see about our worn out cushions. Not only do they still make our suite, but they'll be able to make replacement new ones for our settee . Great service and advice given.

We’ve just received our new three piece Blenheim leather suite, it looks amazing and the quality is excellent. Everyone we met or talked to at Springvale from sales, order progress, accounts and delivery have been first class and nothing was too much trouble. This is our second suite from them, the other was still looking good after 14 years but we wanted a change. We would highly recommend them for any leather furniture needs.

Ordered a duchess chair, was told it would probably be after Christmas. It arrived before Christmas, absolutely delighted with it. We were indecisive about a new settee and chair, but decided to buy a Cambridge settee and chair Totally happy with the whole experience.

Excellent service from Springvale, Sarah was most helpful, from our indecisiveness to sourcing the leather. First class service, kept us informed through the process and delivery was quick. The guys that delivered made easy work of getting the sofa’s into the house. Had it all set up in no time at all. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone

Debbie in showroom very help full, sent us home with leather samples went back ordered suite 8-10 weeks, rang us after 4weeks to arrange delivery following week .in total 5 week from ordering to delivery very pleased with purchase,this is our second suite from them.

Just taken delivery of a bespoke leather suite and so pleased with the outcomes, for what we wanted it took 2/3 visits and various emails to ensure we got something special and now in situ we couldn't be happier , nothing was too much trouble, the whole Springvale family was a pleasure to deal with and the type of craftmanship is very hard to come by, I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone looking to obtain a stock or bespoke item, anyone looking for a new suite I would steer them towards the reviews which are a true reflection of a thoroughly professional company, very hard to come by in the industry. Two leather sofas we bought from Springvale 19 years ago and are still going strong but had been sun and water damaged and were generally in need of a face-lift Not only were we able to speak to them live over the telephone but they still had a record of our purchase and were able to give us help and advice - correct colour match etc. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly - it makes a change to have such a pleasant experience and great customer service. I just love Springvale Leather chesterfield's I have 4 in various sizes. They are fantastic looking and so comfortable. I have 2 x 2 1/2-seater in the lounge which are 15 years old and look as good as new, I have a 3 1/2-seater in the conservatory which is 17 and I bought new inner cushion yesterday which has put it back to brand new and I have just bought a two-seater to match. I have had chesterfield from Rossendale since the 1980's they are my favourite sofa I have had 6 big dogs who like to sleep on them and there is no damage as they are built to last. I love the fact I could buy new inner cushion because after 17 years of constant use they lose their firmness. The two-seater is for me so comfortable. I always recommend Springvale as the best sofa makers in the world. Barbara

Decided to replace our flagging 20 year old Settee, after looking around various outlets, including online we called in at Springvale, so glad we did. We needed a Settee of a certain size due to space constraints and Springvale met our needs. The Settee is now settling in to our home and has met all expectations.

Wow, wow, wow! Just taken delivery of our new 4-piece Edinburgh suite in Legacy Dark Caramel leather. The word "stunning" doesn't do it justice. Called at the showroom 9 weeks ago were we guided through all the choices for the the furniture and choices of leather by Debbie a staff member. She was excellent and brought the furniture craftsman to take the measurements for our new suite and the type of cushions we required the whole experience right down to delivery was top notch.
We will certainly recommend springvale to our friends in the future

This is an amazing furniture company! Excellent customer service from start to finish - we could not have asked for anything better. The quality of their furniture (sofa and chairs in this instance) is of the highest standard - beautifully created and tailored to our individual requests/specifications. Delivery was seamless and completed on the day specified.

Our gorgeous sofas and footstool were delivered with care this morning, as promised and at the time we had been told. From walking into the showroom to the delivery today, we have had such good service. Communications have been excellent, and (v important, this) Springvale kept to their expected delivery weeks. The last sofa we had from a well known store took over a year…. so it’s brilliant to have found a company who can make to customer specifications in their own factory. It all looks beautiful.
