We've had our new suite for almost two weeks now and are delighted with it. We visited the showroom and were very pleased to see the suite we had identified from the brochure was there for us to view. Rachel left us alone whilst we browsed but was on hand to answer our questions when we had them. We were kept up to date during the manufacturing period and delivery was a smooth process. Peter and his colleague were very efficient and very helpful, giving us plenty of advice on caring for the suite. Overall, we are extremely pleased we bought from Springvale.

A great experience from start to finish. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful - and prepared to say if they don’t think a colour scheme or idea would work! The products and workmanship are of a very high quality. There is plenty of choice and there is also the opportunity to amend the style/size of the standard products on offer. Thoroughly recommended.

We received our sofa from Springvale Leather last week, we are thrilled with it. The build and leather quality are second to none. Sarah guided us through the process and we are so happy with our choice. My previous sofa was also a Springvale it was nearly 17 years old, and after recently having our home renovated, we decided it could only be bettered with a new sofa from Springvale!

An extremely professional and superb English craftsmanship made product. We searched for the best part of 18months for a new settee, all the products we looked at were to be honest not worth the money they were asking (certainly ones with 3 letters).

We live well over 60 miles away, took the time to visit the amazing showroom. From the moment you walk in it exudes quality, the staff are really friendly and very helpful and give great advice. You can even speak to the owner who also makes the items. Once purchased the delivery arrived (again great men who were careful with the items and property) and we had a couple of questions and within 24 hours Sarah had got back to us.

Summary
If you want a cheap, run of the mill, looks awful after 2 years item don’t go here.

However if you want a proper piece of English manufactured furniture that’s affordable and quality, including great support then SpringVale is where to go.

This is our second purchase from Springvale. We ordered the first suite from their factory showrooms and were pleasantly surprised with the down to earth friendliness of everyone there. We were delighted with our suite. But that was 18 years ago and although it probably had a couple of years left in it, we felt it was time for a change. With the corona virus problems we were loath to travel to the showrooms so I studied their range on-line and telephoned my order to their sales section. Once again we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service we received. Springvale are rather old fashioned in that they really do believe in good old fashioned service. Nothing was rushed and they made absolutely sure that we were getting what we wanted and in the exact sizes that we required. Even the delivery was achieved to meet with our convenience. We have now had our Burnley Chesterfield and High Backed Chair with matching footstools for about a month and we are absolutely delighted with them. Springvale have maintained their manufacturing quality over the years and I confidently expect our new suite to last at least as long as the previous one. I would not hesitate to recommend Springvale to anyone in the market for a new suite. Their quality is constant, their service is excellent and you end up with exactly what you want.

Just received our 2 Salisbury settees. Absolutely delighted with them. Cannot praise the company highly enough. Sales staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Received my Nottingham 2 seater and chair about 4 weeks ago, and I am still thrilled every time I walk into the sitting room and see my beautiful furniture, made by what I can only describe as master craftsmen. They are perfect, and so comfortable.
The delivery Guy's were great too, even offering to put all my other furniture back into place, All delivered to a time and day that suited me, and all wrapping materials taken away.

We found Springvale after a personal recommendation from friends. From our first contact with Jodie it has been a first rate service with no pressure to purchase, but a supportive experience to make sure we were delighted with our purchases.
We are not the easiest of customers as we have specific requirements.
As well as a 3 seater leather sofa with Harris Tweed reversible cushions, we also ordered a bespoke armchair to compliment.
The personal service delivered by Peter and team in designing our bespoke armchair was second to none. The staff were available (when restrictions allowed) for us to test and discuss each stage of the design and build.
We highly recommend this family run business who made us feel like one of them with care and attention to detail.
We will be using again.

Sarah was really helpful and gave us great advice on which leather and the design we wanted! The product is great quality and lasts really well. Our original settees still look the same as the day they were delivered all the way to the south west of England.

Huge, bespoke velvet corner unit built by Springvale in a fraction of the time it would take a high street retailer. Exceptional quality, robust structure & cushions that give really thorough support.
A week after delivery & I’m still delighted each time I enter the room.

Received delivery of our leather sofa just before Christmas and was not disappointed. It’s everything we wanted. Fantastic family firm which we highly recommend. Quality, service they have everything.

Just taken delivery of a new 3 piece suite, made & delivered by Springvale Leather. We're a 3rd time returning customer so we obviously like the company. Not disappointed, Springvale are still a great organisation. The attention to detail to us as customers is still there, listened to what we wanted and what they can do to accommodate our wishes.Updates all along the building of our furniture. End result arrived at weekend, great workmanship,lovely colour as true as we had chosen, attention to detail just as we want, really pleased and highly recommended.

Really pleased with the quality of our settees and the delivery was very covid compliant carried out by courteous staff. The personalized Xmas card signed by the staff was a nice touch too.
