This is a pizz poor delivery…

This is a pizz poor delivery service!!!!
I had to select one star to be able to write a review but there should be an option to select no star!!!
The guy tried to deliver, I was sick so he said he would return. Instead my package was sent back from Vancouver bc to Florida USA!!! What the duck kind of service is that! It's called pizz poor service!!!! Morons!!!!

Reading Numbers Isn't Hard

I have been back and forth with the inquiry team because I recently had a package delivered to the wrong address. Even after confirming my address I was sent an image from google maps that is not my house. Continually insisting that they know better than the person who lives there that they got it right. I wouldn't trust this company with anything to be honest.

If I could give it a negative rating

If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Purchased something from amazon and they used sprintstar to deliver to my work when the shipping address clearly states "Staff" after my name and they said they can't access my apartment building.. which means the driver didn't try to deliver at all or drive to the location. Now the package is going back to the shipper in the US and was shipped to Canada. They also left a tracking message where it was available for pick up but that was a lie. Terrible service...

Classist and incompetent

They explicitly state that they don't deliver to apartment buildings unless there's front door staff. Incredibly classist. Also they have 0 customer service to try to address the issue. They only have an online form and it's broken so you can't even submit your inquiry. I'm never shopping from Indigo again, which is a shame because they used to be one of the few Canadian alternatives to Amazon.

Dishonest, worst shipping ever.

I have a subscription box that occasionally gets sent through this company. They successfully deliver maybe 50% of the time to my very central address in a giant building with lots of people. They like to claim the address is wrong or they can't get ahold of me (yet 50% of the time they succeed and I work from home). They will attempt once and then immediately ship the box back to California (ridiculous). This company has cost me money and I have no control over whether it gets redirected to them, which is very frustrating. It will often take months for me to receive my deliveries. I can't even believe they are in business, honestly.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. They had said what day I was getting delivery from Indigo then all of a sudden 2 days before package was due they suddenly don’t have any info. They don’t have a customer service department so I had to phone indigo and when they checked the company is now saying they never received package. I think cause it was baby related they obviously kept it. All poor reviews so I am not surprised. I will have to pick up from store next time cause I would never use this company for shipping. Crooks

The tracking information only says unable to deliver, returned to sender.
Really????
We were home every day. They never attempted to deliver my package or contact me.

Worst experience ever with this…

Worst experience ever with this company. I had an order scheduled to be delivered, great service until it was contracted out to Sprintstar. They attempted to deliver and I missed a call, so about an hour later I phoned the delivery driver and they didn’t speak English and I asked if they left a delivery notice or would attempt to deliver the next day… then the driver hung up on me. Extremely rude and useless customer service as well. I then emailed the company asking if my package would go to a pickup location as their tracking information had said… nope, they shipped it back to the company. So utterly dissatisfied with this company. DO NOT USE!

worse delivery company ever

anyways . my package was suppose to be dropped off at the ADDRESS i put in when placing my order. i check my tracking , and they had dropped my package off at a store across from where i live. A STORE. they dropped my package off at a Print & Fax store. i immediately called the store and asked “ did someone drop off a package there” a guy answered and said “yes but i don’t know why they did” i had to rush in my car to head to the store to collect my package. why in the world would you guys drop off a package at a print and fax store instead of my actual address?

"I tried to appeal to your sense of ethics. It is obvious you have not ventured to track down the alleged lost package. Nor, have you even made an attempt. Otherwise, I would have heard from you. I own a business and through many similar shipping experiences, the package is never lost. It has either been delivered to the wrong address or in countless cases the driver or a company employee has taken the parcel. I will slowly pass the name of Landmark Global Inc. and Sprintstar throughout Social Media. I will begin with LinkedIn. I have a number of clients, eleven of which use various shipping methods. I will inform them of your incompetent and 'sketchy' company service. I will ask them to pass the information on."

SprintStar stumbles at start!

Their tracking tool/website is a joke.
Accurate updates are non existent. My missing parcel has travelled across the country but no one knows where it is.
Makes you think there is a scam going on here whereby ‘lost’ parcels end up ……. (you know where)?

How do you get a hold of this crappy delivery service?

This company whoever and wherever they are the worst. One 2 separate deliveries they never delivered or provided us with any information where to pickup. Big companies like the Gap and Amazon need to stop using them.
How does one contact them? It is impossible!

My package has never been delivered. Lost. Stolen ... whatever you like. I would not use these services again ever. The real rate should be 0 starts but is not available. So the worse services ever.

Would give a zero review but it won’t…

Would give a zero review but it won’t let me. Tried to deliver to an office at 8 pm and since the office was close sent the package back to the states after I recieved an email they would hold it for 7 days. They said they phoned me but never did. Do not use this company

Their delivery drivers clearly stole my package or delivered it to the wrong house because I entered the correct address when I placed my order. Since May 26 they claim my order is delivered but it was not. And their customer service is horrible. After I explained that the package was Never delivered they stopped replying. Scam

Landmark Global and Sprintstar are a…

Landmark Global and Sprintstar are a waste of your time and money. Before you make U.S purchases make sure its being shipped by any other method. There is a good chance you will never receive your package or it may take over a month. I was unaware how many companies have started using them and my last two purchases went missing for a month each. I did finally get them after replacement orders had already been sent and received by DHL two weeks earlier. Just pay the little extra and get UPS, FedEx or DHL heck even Canada Post and USPS are reliable and faster!
I have no idea what the scam is but if I were a US company Id drop these guys fast as customers are hearing about what happens with orders shipped by these guys.
My suspicion is 90% of the blame lies with Landmark Global, so Sprintstar, maybe look at who you're aligned with.
Oh and Id give no stars if I could too.
