Package arrived
Was worried that my package would not arrive at first as I received the status message "Delivery Exception - FSA Not Serviced - Returned to Shipper" and I sent a email to Sprintstar. But the package actually arrived the next day and there was even a picture taken showing proof of delivery. Im happy that I managed to receive the package even earlier than the expected date!
Pretty Good
I had a pretty good experience. I had a item shipped from US to Canada. Took about a week. My package was left on the front porch, I did not have to pay for any customs or extra charges. The tracking was easy to follow. With the virus, I was expecting longer shipping but it wasnt bad at all!
If I could give zero stars I would!
If I could give zero stars I would!! not one phone call not a card left to say delivery attempt , out of no where received text saying my parcels had been taken to MD Convenience store for pick up on Munroe (Winnipeg Manitoba). Literally a hour drive from where I live , I emailed sprintstar since that’s the only way you can contact them asking why there was no attempt for delivery or a phone call at least. They said they wouldn’t try to deliver again blah blah .. when I went to pick up my packages the store didn’t have them and had no clue what I was talking about. Emailed sprintstar again and again and again and no one will get back to me . I’m assuming they have sent my stuff back to the place I ordered from. Or it was stolen. Stay clear of this company and do no order through anyone that uses them. Disgusting.
Horrible experience, beware of Sprintscammers
Horrible reviews certainly live up to their expectations.
Track my package at 17:00 and notice that it was out for delivery so I went to go check the front door. Came back in and notice 17:01 updated to package delivered and proof (picture of the package left at the door). I was out there 30 seconds ago so I ran back out front and no package.
Clearly the delivery person stole my package.
Before ordering anything valuable online contact the company first and ask if they deal with Sprintstar. I never had any problem with Canadapost nor Ups or Fedex.
Also never order anything valuable without requiring your signature. That is your means of documentation to protect your downside.
I'd give this company zero stars if I could
I'd give this company zero stars if I could.
A delivery was attempted Monday August 31 at my home in Winnipeg - but no card was left, no email, no phone call, no knock - I work from home and was AT HOME when the delivery was attempted. This was the ONLY delivery attempt.
On September 3, I see a tracking exception saying the parcel was "successfully returned to sender".
Sprintstar's own website says they will hold parcels for seven days. Yet their tracking information says it's already been returned in UNDER FOUR DAYS. Aside from a website submission form, there's no way to contact Sprintstar customer support - and unless I had received a card, nowhere to go to collect my parcel.
The last delivery I received via Landmark/Sprintstar in Winnipeg - the parcel was left out in the open in the middle of my sidewalk, unbeknownst to me - also while I was home. I received a "Delivery successful" email hours later - which I would have missed if I hadn't been looking at my phone at the time.
I really don't understand how a commercial carrier can operate this way. I'd be avoiding all retailers that used Landmark/Sprintstar, but unfortunately more and more online retailers that deliver to Winnipeg seem to be using these people.

UPDATE:
Sprintstar's tracking says the package was "successfully returned to sender" - and their customer service parroted this when I submitted a trace request via their online form. Yet Landmark never received the package. (If it was successfully handed back to Landmark, it would have been scanned and they'd have a record of it.)
So not only was there no card left, no re-attempts to deliver was made (and I have my doubts the first attempt even happened), the package was not held for seven days, and no other notifications were given that some attempt to deliver the package failed.... the package was then somehow misplaced.
If previous experience and the other reviews here are any indication - my package was probably simply left somewhere, lost, thrown out, stolen, or pocketed.
A positive experience
I know there are a lot of negative reviews here, but my experience with Sprintstar has been only positive. Sprintstar has successful delivered three packages to my residence. The packages all arrived very quickly, were in good condition, and safe dropped in a safe location.
Great first experience!
With all the negative reviews I was very worried about my package. However I was lucky enough to receive it and sprintstar complied with my requests (I had asked for it to be tossed into my backyard haha). They even took a picture as proof of delivery and tossed it into a very secure area. The package took longer but with covid I guess that’s normal and I didn’t mind waiting. Great first experience I hope I’ll continue being this lucky
How are on earth are these guys even…
How are on earth are these guys even still in business. They had to change their name to Sprint star from Apple Express just to hide from their level of incompetence. They leave a parcel at our store that states its closed on weekends. A neighbour happened to see & tells them they are closed. Driver shrugs & says i did my part and safely delivered & just drives off. Are you kidding me???? Worst part is this isnt even the first time they have done this. Joke of a company. If i could leave negative stars i would
Wish I could give it zero stars
Wish I could give it zero stars! They returned my package to sender because of an ''attempted delivery''
I have been home all day and I know that they never tried to deliver my package to my apartment. They could have used the buzzer code that I provided! I see that lots of other people on here have had similar experiences. Beware of Sprintstars terrible service!
Package returned to sender without attempting delivery
I ordered a pair of jeans and bra from A&F. It was split up into two shipments. I received the bra through Canada Post with no issues. The jeans however, were sent through Sprintstar. I live in an apartment building, so I put multiple notices in my building’s lobby with my name, number and the tracking number, so that they could contact me when they arrived. My name is also on the buzzer, so they could have alerted me that way also. On Aug. 26th, the tracking info said my package was “out for delivery”. I never received it nor did I get any calls or delivery notices. This morning when I checked the status, it said my package was “successfully returned to sender”. I know the address on my package was correct because I’d already received half of my package the previous day from Canada Post. I’m pretty sure the Srpintstar driver just saw that my address was an apartment and didn’t even bother coming in before just sending it back to A&F. I usually never leave bad reviews, but I’m very unimpressed right now. My tracking # is LTN125021157. Can someone at Sprinstar/Landmark please tell me the reason my package was returned to sender? I’ve already contacted the company I ordered from.
Lost my package
They lost my package when it arrived in Canada. No customer service.
Wish I could give 0 star!
This company does not deserve even one star. It is basically a scam. They did not even try to deliver the package to me. They did not leave a delivery notice. All they did was calling me before 8:00AM on a Saturday morning (obviously I missed the call) then sending the shipment back to the sender to the United States. No delivery notice, no second attempt, no explanation whatsoever. I do not understand how such a useless company can be in operation in Canada. Beware of it for your own good.
Terrible Service
I would also rate this company a ZERO if it was possible. Mind boggling how these people are in business. I was expecting a package from eBay and the first delivery attempt was made at 7:40am. I have never heard of a delivery company delivering to a business at this time. I called and added notes to try to deliver after 12pm and if that wasn’t possible to please call me when they were at the door so I can get someone to receive the package. The second delivery attempt was made at 7:20am. So basically the notes were ignored. But what really frustrated me was the terrible customer service. No one cared to even try to help all they can do is speak over you and tell you the package is no longer in their possession. Oh yeah, can’t forget to mention the 3 times they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager and the invalid contact number that was provided to me.
Wish there was a 0 stars
Wish there was a 0 stars. I purchased from an American company Overstock.com and I was able to track my parcel until it got to the border- as soon as it went to sprint star there was no further tracking beyond ‘received at Canadian border, And the new tracking # with sprintstar. It has been a month and a half since they’ve lost my package and still cannot find it. I had to order from the American company because no one had the product I needed in stock in Canada or on amazon. It was ordered May 6, with an estimated delivery date of May 23-June 6 due to delays/Covid. It’s July 15. Three calls to sprint store have everybody passing the buck and nobody getting an answer for me. The package has disappeared. I keep getting promised calls back since I’m trying to trace it and I have not received a call from them ever. The ones who answer are very friendly on the phone but don’t have a clue how to track a package or follow through with a promise of customer service. Horrible company. I wish I could control which shipping company is used when I order a parcel.
Use a different service
Using Pony Express and getting updates via a telegraph would be far more efficient
If I could give this negative star feed…
If I could give this negative star feed back I would. Absolute amateurs. They say they tried to deliver a package to me on a certain date and the tracking showed an hour window in which it was out for delivery and then returned back to the hub. I checked the surveillance and no vehicle came into the buildings parking lot. They then dropped it at a hub to pick up that was across the city from me. I sent a a different, more competent courier of my own, using my own money and the pick up point said they had nothing there. Now I have no idea where my shipment is. Absolute amateurs.
Do they even have vehicles to make…
Do they even have vehicles to make deliveries? I had my package shipped to my work as there are people here all day from 8-4. I was told the driver was unable to deliver during business hours at 11:30 as there was no safe place to leave the package. Well that's a lie. No delivery attempt notice was left and I'm told that I have to go pick the package up from a depot that is not close to me at all.
I logged a complaint with the company I ordered with....Maybe they will change their freight service provider if they receive enough complaints

Terrible people they delivered my package to the wrong address and then they argued with me and hung up saying it was delivered, the proof of delivery wasn't my house and they also argued about that I hate these people
