Easy to install, good instructions, operates well so far. Restricted to 100 or maybe 150 owing to bend in titanium seat tube. Made for limited choices and difficulties in assessing correct unit. Works fine but may have got away with 150 at a push. Heavilly discounted way over priced FOX Transfer seat post (thank you Sprockets Cycles).

not a full 5 stars because it was faulty from the box but Fox sorted it in a day FOC. Have another on another bike that as been faultless.
