Absolutely terrible platform. SproutGigs banned my account out of nowhere with a fake multiple accounts excuse and stole the money I had earned. I explained everything honestly but support acted like bots and didn’t care at all.
This platform gives the impression that they can block users anytime they want and keep their balance without proper verification. Extremely unprofessional, unfair, and frustrating experience. I wasted my time working there only to get treated like a scammer for no reason.
Avoid this platform if you value your time, effort, and earnings.

Honestly, SproutGigs is just okay. It is a legitimate platform if you want to make a little extra cash in your free time but it definitely have some frustrating downsides that keep it from being great. Like a sudden suspension of your account without prior warnings.

i have been 2 years in this platform and nowadays, this platform make high standard of tax form , with high definiton photos identity card front and back, and photo selfie with identitiy card, in my personal judgement, i still can see clear the identity card and my photo, but they demand very high clear.. my old model phone and 5$ earning form this platform, with this restrictions , i can not withdraw my little earning, i have been contact customer supoort and they stubbon with their high standart,

credited earning very long about 2 weeks more to your balance, this is not good for freelancer

Sproutgigs pays earning and has earning opportunities. But withdrawal fees is so high. For withdrawling $5, they they cut fees $1 and got only $4. This is so bad. The workers earn with hard working but they cut $1 withdraw fee for $5. Sproutgigs should think well for their workers.

My account was suddenly banned with the reason given as “multiple accounts,” which is completely unfair and incorrect. I have put a lot of hard work into this account and earned everything honestly, so why would I create another account?
