Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service – No Response at All

We deeply regret buying a Sproutling mattress. It all started with no updates on the delivery, and the mattress arrived with a significant delay — despite our efforts to cancel the order once we realized it wouldn’t arrive on time, as stated on their website.

Since it arrived, we’ve been trying to return it — but getting in touch with their customer service is impossible. According to their return policy, we should be able to send it back easily, but they simply don’t respond.

After their delay, we had to purchase a new mattress, and since then, the nightmare of trying to return the original one began.

We’ve sent multiple emails over several days and received absolutely no reply. There is no phone number, no chat, and no way to actually speak to someone. This is unacceptable for any company, let alone one selling premium products for babies.

The customer service is nonexistent. If you value clear communication and reliable support, avoid Sproutling at all costs.

I sincerely hope someone from the Sproutling team sees this and finally helps us resolve our issue as soon as possible. Until then, we will continue posting honest negative reviews wherever we can to warn other customers.

Order never arrived

Unfortunately the order from this company never arrived. I have placed an order at the begging of August and 2 months later I’m still awaiting news regarding shipment. The support, although polite, responds every few days so it’s nearly impossible to receive any updates. I have spent a small fortune in the mattress and my baby is currently sleeping in a travel cot as I don’t have a bed to put him in. Extremely disappointed.
