Tom and Brandy is amazing people to work with. 100% recommend their Rent to Own program to anyone who want to be a homeowner but for whatevr reasons, cannot qualify for a mortgage.

Top tier experience!
Tom and Brandy are so easy to talk to and work with! They were able to walk us through the entire process and even made the effort to meet with us when they were in town! I highly recommend them if you are wanting to buy a house with less than stellar credit.
