Terrible communication that left me out of pocket.
I'd stay clear..

Terrible communication. Frustrating from start to finish.

I have just completed a 13 month assignment with a large insurance company via DNS Umbrella. I was recommended to DNS by a friend who also works in the tax business and from the outset they impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge of the UK Tax system.

Harathi was my main contact and helped me through the on-boarding and setup and was always quick to respond with answers to any queries that I had. Farah was also very good at responding to any payroll enquiries etc. Both are friendly, polite, courteous and highly knowledgeable.

DNS offer several "perks" as part of their package and these are certainly on a par, or in many cases above, their competitors' offerings. Their fees are reasonable, again on a par with the industry, but it is their friendly, open approach that for me set them apart from several of the larger firms that I had spoken to before. Everything was explained clearly and the illustrations that they provided before my contract was agreed were accurate.

Unfortunately, my current assignment is with a large bank that operates a "closed shop" in respect of umbrella companies (something that should be looked at if this is the new norm for contracting), therefore I had to reluctantly leave DNS in order to take up this new role. However, as soon as an opportunity arises that will allow me to re-join DNS, I will certainly take it!

Really great service, can't fault them. Always very responsive when answering emails and providing information. Account easily set up and is a stress free way of getting paid regularly, perks are good too!

Top notch! I have used umbrella companies for years now and i have to say that this company is the best i've come across by far. They (in particular, Farah) are attentive and responsive, i have even had conversations with them outside of normal working hours. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank this company for the professional support. I reckon all the team is very knowledgeable in their field. They also email often asking about my health as i become ill through my temporary for NHS and , always answering to my email promptly, when i had some questions to ask for. Unfortunately i did not have the same positive experience working for Oyster PartnerShip Recruiting Agency ,in particular way the team leader has made a lot mistakes and the Nhs Recruiting Manager. A great service run by great professionals.

Farah Ahmed was Payroll Administrator & she was absolutely fantastic. She had such a friendly disposition, which made the whole experience that much easier. Farah went the extra mile to make sure that I was in possession of all of the information I needed and did her utmost to ensure that I understood everything each step of the way.

Excellent paperwork and services. I must have spoken to atleast 10 umbrella services before going with DNS - they offer the most transparency and the maximum take home.

An easy service run by great professionals.

DNS have been a great team to work with! Clear and quick communication at every stage and always super helpful when I've asked questions. When contracting the last thing you want is a complicated invoicing/payment process the admin itself is enough to put you off - DNS have really helped relive this stress for me.

I have been using the DNS since the last 12 months now.
The service has been excellent and I have no reason so far to change an umbrella company.
Farah and Harathi has been so wonderful at responding to queries and resolving them promptly and professionally.
The payroll and payments process is extremely efficient and always on time.

Great service check in on you for things you may not even realise you need or haven’t done. Also any queries I’ve had have always been answered rapidly and I have left feeling like my questions have been answered in their entirety.

5 stars for DNS as they are a very good umbrella company. I have a very good relationship with Farah armed and harathi who always go out of their way to help me whenever I email or call their office. they always pay me on time and always the correct amount plus the fee they take each week is not too bad compared to other umbrella companies I have used.

All of the staff I have spoken to so far have been amazing, really friendly and efficient they will go above and beyond to help. My pay goes into my account promptly and I never have to chase

I have recently joined DNS and this have been a very good experience. I have mainly dealt with Farah who has been really helpful and friendly and it has been a pleasure for me as I am fairly new to using umbrella companies. The service has been excellent and I do recommend DNS umbrella for the good service.
