Terrible experience. Unprofessional & disgusting misconduct. Do not trust this store! Do not shop here if you expect any after-sales support. $300 down the drain! I bought a pair of shoes that turned out to be faulty after very light use. When I contacted SPT Football, their customer service was entirely unhelpful and downright dismissive. They are rude and completely refused to take responsibility for the defects, passing the blame and refusing to honour their obligations.They make up convenient excuses to void warranties instead of helping out a loyal customer. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Save your money and buy your gear somewhere that actually stands by the products they sell!

This place has the best top tier level of soccer boots. We went to their shop in Blackburn. The service was great and there is even a place to have a kick and try out different boots. Great discounts on previous seasons versions too!

I ordered a 25/26 West Ham shirt (not on sale or anything) $149.00. Shirt has no sponsors on front. The shirt in advertising has sponsorship logo etc. So not what i ordered. Postage and everything else is fine but they should tell/illustrate what they are actually selling.

Purchased an EPL shirt and got free printing. Needed to make a change and they were quick to respond and make it. Very excited son on his birthday. 100% authentic unlike a couple of other football retailers in Melbourne
