Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Seating Arrangements
Dear Spuntino Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant.
After being seated, I noticed that the table next to me had a power outlet available, so I moved to that seat. Shortly afterward, a staff member approached me and explained that another group required a table for four, and asked me to change seats. I agreed without any issue.
However, soon after relocating, another staff member came over and told me that I needed to move again and pointed me to yet another area. What made this situation particularly frustrating was that I could clearly see many unoccupied tables throughout the restaurant. The repeated requests to change seats felt unnecessary and inconsiderate, especially when plenty of seating was available.
This experience made me feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe better coordination among staff and more thoughtful handling of customers would greatly improve the dining experience.
I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.
