Still waiting for my lights ordered them on march 20th

I have unsubscribed countless times because I bought product in the past and they are rubbish.
They still continue to bombard me with unwanted emails short of going to Trading Standards and the ICO this lot leave no option. Poor products, Atrocious Management, do not subscribe or buy they will haunt you for ever, they do not understand go away.

They are a pain in the neck with daily emails. I have unsubscribed 7 or 8 times & it makes no difference. The lights are ok but I would never buy from them again because they will not unsubscribe me.

was a returning customer - online order was duplicated and then two payments taken by bank - no email confirmation. Bother orders arrived within three days of each other. tried contacting SPV on the contact form to arrange return of duplicate order, no reply , sent email instead and got "we cannot find your order" ( they sent the goods to me!!) then no contact from them at all. Will now arrange with my bank to reverse second payment. No longer a customer......

Very disappointed with one of my most recent orders.
Avoid buying Louis Solar Fence Lights.
Extremely dim illumination, l immediately used there contact me page twice advising them of my disappointment.
I have placed the lights on the fence in full sun light and we have had several days of full sun.
They haven't responded once.
Total waste of money.

Received a set of lights that are faulty. Have made numerous attempts for a replacement. The website is diabolical - refers to a returns page that doesn't exist! Phone numbers are discontinued. Using the site email which promises a 24 hour response gets me nowhere. Absolutely impossible to make a return/refund/get a replacement !

Daily spam emails following a purchase. Still continuing months later with no response to unsubscribe requests.

Daily spam emails, obviously from a bot, always around the same time. I have unsubscribed and requested to be removed from mailing lists and it's just harassment. I have a file of all the emails which I report daily to the ICO as they are breaking the law.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) cover the sending of marketing emails. This legislation says that organisations must only send marketing emails to individuals if you have agreed to receive them, except where there is a clearly defined customer relationship.

Endless spam but for some reason these reviews get taken down.

I may have purchased something from this outfit over 2 years year. Since then I have been bombarded with spam emails, to unsubscribe, requires further spam emails, I now aim to lodge complaint with ICO.

Order8ng and delivery was good, not had t8me to try them yet

We have had these lights for about 3 years and still going strong, so bought 2 more to light up a dark area at night

Perfect ideal for front and back doors for lighting up to access property also recognise visitors

I purch two solar light recently. The brand I purchased first is currently not working. The SPV light that i purchased and fitted a few weeks later is functioning just fine, Time will tell

They sell great products and if you get them it's great. However, if something goes wrong you've got no chance of getting it resolved. They are not interested at all.

money taken ,no order delivered ,no one anwers the phone or emails,going to claim my money back through bank as feel scammed

Ordered 2 packs of 200 coloured fairy lights supposedly charging via solar or USB on 25 November. Package delivered by EVRI on 3 December. On opening the package found that the boxes were falling apart and had clearly been a returned product given the state of the original packaging. The lights were not as ordered and were only able to charge on solar and not also by USB.
Immediately tried to contatc SPV lights be telephone only to hang on for an eternity and then put through to voicemail to leave message. This evoked no response. Email were also ignored. Attempted to implement a return. Accepted and given a returns number and guided to a web address to print off a returns label. No such label available as link solely created another return request.
Company do not respond to telephone, voicemail or email attempts to contact them. Absolutely no customer service and clearly only out to make money by fraudulent methods.

Ordered on 23rd November but not delivered until 3rd December (shown as posted on 1st December?)
