It's so unbelieve the packaging of this meal plan, something I've never seen before; the design it's just incredible, and they say it is even eco-friendly. The best part is that I can bring the squares with me anytime and anywhere; it's so convenient.

There's no reason that you need to settle for lower-quality meals due to not having the sufficient amount of time necessary to prepare them properly. These Squares helped me reduce that time; now I can have a good meal in just a few minutes; I use different warm-up methods to give them different textures and have different experiences; I also combined all the sauces they provided to give them an extra touch, my favorite is the soy-free teriyaki, you can have small sauce packages as a complementary gift, or you can buy a whole jar they sell it for only $9.

My squareat package was waiting on my front steps on the morning of the delivery date, with everything packed neatly into a cardboard box. Inside the box were these cute cubic boxes containing 6 squares each, such a good optimization of space; I was shocked; they even had a sauce in each box. The squares are vacuum sealed in recyclable cardboard with a QR you can scan, and it will show you all the nutritional facts. Everything was very modern, excellent presentation 🤩

No grocery shopping, no planning, no measuring, and not a lot of prep work. With squareat, By doing (seriously) minimal work, I created terrific meals so full of flavor I couldn’t believe I’d made them. I mean, I felt like a star when these meals were ready. They even gave me a recipe book, but the best part was when I wasn’t feeling like doing a recipe, I was only warming up my squares and eating them in 5 minutes or less. Simple as that. I don’t think I would ever get bored of this. So practical!

Squareat “ ready-to-heat meals” are so different from the traditional meal plans; that’s why I decided to give them a shot because you can tell they are different, starting from the fact that their food is square. All offerings are made from high-quality ingredients and almost 100% organic produce created by an Italian guy; pretty interesting.

I’ve to be honest, and I’m impressed with this innovation. I’ve never imagined eating squared portions of food, perfect for my weight control, already cooked and seasoned. My favorite meal plan it’s the lifestyle because you get to try different flavors at an excellent price.

I've just bought some meals from this company, and I genuinely don't recommend using the microwave to warm the squares. They lose that unique texture and flavor. I love using the electrical grill (where u can toast a sandwich as well) for 3 minutes, and they are perfectly crunchy.

I'm a person who enjoys eating sweets, but several times I had sugar problems because of that, so I needed to find a solution, a guilt-free dessert. I Found Squareat online and discovered The Hazelnut and Pistachio Square flavors. For an ice cream texture, I leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes, and it is ready to eat. So delicious!

Such a neat concept. Instead of being The food of the future, they should be the food of the present. Nowadays, I find it so hard to eat clean and healthy with all those sauces mixed that the other meal plans vacuum sealed with the meat and vegetables, which are hard to digest, but these squares are very light and fulfilling; I'd say the perfect quantity is 5 squares per meal.

In my everyday tracking, my calories are a must! And these squares really made it easy for me! Perfect square portions for lunch and dinner. Easy to prepare, saving me at least an hour daily, and they taste excellent!! My favorite squares are the sweet potato and the vegan burger, 5 min in the air fryer, and VOILA!

I like to have a healthy lifestyle which sometimes is hard to keep up, and these squares seem to be the perfect fit for me due to the portion-controlled feature and the fact you can have them for months in your freezer, and they won't lose freshness or flavor; unique!

Square food! Who would have thought I'd be eating this? When I saw them, I was a little skeptical, but I decided to give them a try! I was astonished by the flavors, some better than others, but I generally like the squares. They taste like real food (because they're 🤓). I'd say it's perfect for keeping you lean all the time! It became my favorite meal plan, and since they last long, I order them biweekly.

I'm not a great cook, but most importantly, I don´t have time to cook, so every time between meals at the office, I snack from the vending machine or order fast food online. I started gaining weight, and it arrived at a time when I said to myself, STOP! I wanted to change my bad habits. A friend mentioned something about this company. I needed to try it!
