Another great experience, I have used the guys at square repair a couple of times and on both occasions the service was excellent. I had batteries replaced in 2 iphones recently, both done in a couple of hours and for almost the price Apple would have charged for 1 phone.

Pixel 4a battery replaced quickly, very helpful service
My Pixel 4a battery died whilst I was abroad. I used the online form to get in touch with SquareRepair to discuss symptoms and book a slot for repair when I arrived back. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable both online and in person. Location 100m from Liverpool St Station, London. Phone was fixed in just over an hour. Very reasonable price. Would use them again!

Excellent service
Excellent service. I brought in my iPad Air 4 with a dead battery in the morning, and they had it fixed by lunchtime, for 5 times less than Apple wanted. The gentleman I talked to was efficient and knowledgeable.

Ailing BlackBerry Battery
The battery on my BlackBerry Key2 kept losing charge and needed replacing. I found Square Repair after searching online, booked an appointment, and the battery was replaced within an hour as promised. Anthony was pleasant and helpful, and I'm very pleased that my phone is working properly again. I definitely recommend Square Repair!

Replacement pixel battery not OEM
Replacement pixel battery was rated at 80% by acubattery app after several tests. Thought it might settle in but no improvement after a couple of months. I'm guessing this was some Chinese knock off. Works ok but would be nice to know it's not OEM before. Also glue not set and back lifted slightly after a couple of hours so had to clamp phone and put in case after I got home.

After a disappointing visit to the Apple Genius Bar, where they told me my iPad was beyond repair and offered me £300 in part exchange on a £1500 replacement, Square fixed it in 45 minutes for £100.

Reasonable price & quick turnaround

repair service that did not repair anything
They took my two iPods, and were supposed to check them and offer solutions for the problems. Then they sent the quotation, collected the fees and maybe even did something to the iPods. But as it turned out, whatever they did, did not fix the problems on both (obviously, I checked on different computers and with different cables), and one of them got worse and died soon after.
That's not to mention the fact, that they leave my direct emails without reply for days or weeks, but then reply within an hour when there is a negative public review.
In short, as accurately pointed out in their reply, the "repair" had nothing to do with the issues. Waste of time from both sides and money from mine.

Regarding the repairs completed in May, the iPods you had repaired with us were tested and I also showed you that they were working. As mentioned in our email exchanges. Your modified iPod most likely had a problem with the circuit board or your charger cables, as these would be the only reason you would get a false battery health reading, as bad charger cables will not charge the iPod properly. As all we did was replace the battery, this has been tested and confirmed via email with screenshots. "After charging from the computer, the battery lasts at least 5 hours at full volume with a charge of approximately 75%". This was confirmed. Regarding the iPod with the hard drive replacement, this was also tested and music was loaded onto the device to test the function, as is done with all hard drive replacements. The issue you explained about not being able to update your iPod has nothing to do with the repair as the HDD is only used for storage. The "firmware incompatible error" is a problem with your iTunes/cable setup or both. As stated above, we have erased and reloaded music onto the device with no problems. In most cases of problems we would always ask the customer to return with the units to iron out any issues, however I am aware that you live in Hong Kong so this may prove difficult. As with any repair, we have zero issues in trying to rectify any issues after repair as long as we are given the chance to do so.
Ipod battery
After my 5th generation Ipod was dismissed for repair by Apple, I found the amazing staff at Square Repair who welcomed me with plenty of reassurance. They replaced the battery and now my Ipod is alive and kicking as when I bought it in 2000! I strongly recommend this company, they are so efficient!

My phone was overheated and the battery…
My phone was overheated and the battery life was dying quickly and I needed a replacement battery and a full diagnostic check.. I posted my phone by Special Delivery on Tuesday and received it back by Thursday and no data has been wiped and so far so good. This was an excellent service and will be using them again in the near future if I have any other issues with my cell phone.
