Great support, but sizing issues and an unfair store-credit policy
Overall, I’m very satisfied with SQUATWOLF and with the support team. The customer service really makes an effort and tries everything possible to help — many other companies could learn from that.
However, I’ve noticed two issues that I believe SQUATWOLF should reconsider.
First: Store credits from returns are only valid for one year. If you don’t place a new order within that time, the credit expires — and the money is gone. From a customer’s perspective, this is difficult to accept, especially since refunds are only issued as store credit and not back to the original payment method. Because of this policy, I personally lost €55. That’s quite disappointing.
Second: The sizing is extremely inconsistent. For example, I ordered two T-shirts in size L, and the difference between the two models was massive. One of them fit like a tight medium — far too small and too short. The other one was almost an XL or XXL — way too large. This is something SQUATWOLF should definitely improve.
And with the limitations on refunds, you can’t even order multiple sizes of the same item to try on without taking a financial risk.
SQUATWOLF offers great products, but the combination of inconsistent sizing and restricted refund options makes ordering more complicated than it should be. If the refund policy were more customer-friendly, I would have ordered from them much more often.
