I ordered 3 items. Gym top, casual shorts and workout leggings for my wife. The top and shorts are great but not impressed with the quality of the leggings. The branding on the leg was already starting to peal away before even being washed so they would not last

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dua for resolving my issue so efficiently. She truly turned what had been a negative experience into a positive one.
I genuinely like the brand; however, I was quite disappointed with my overall experience after receiving my orders. On two separate occasions, I received the wrong item despite placing two different orders for the same product. Additionally, I was initially required to accept online store credit instead of a direct payment reversal to my original payment method.
Dua stepped in after I raised the issue through a general email to the support team. She ensured that my refund was processed back to my account and also provided a coupon, an additional discount on the product, and free shipping.
I truly appreciate her efforts and the way she handled my concern. While I believe there is room for improvement in the order preparation process, I would like to commend the Customer Service team for their support and responsiveness.
