Excellent motorcycle disc lock (Defiant). Worth the money, as feels very sturdy / difficult to break.

I bought a Henry Squire padlock, which became faulty. I emailed the company. I immediately had a reply saying there was a 10 year guarantee, plus the company would refund any postage, if I sent the faulty one back. I did so. Shortly afterwards, I got the new padlock and a cheque. Absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend Squire to anyone needing a padlock, which is actually strong and effective

Two years ago I bought Squire locks for my garage and shed. One lock broke recently so I checked the guarantee. I was able to return the lock to Squire without proof of purchase. They replaced the lock and refunded my postage. Wow, what a great company!

Bought a Squire padlock in 2021. Needed to change the code number but (inevitably) couldn’t find the instructions. Emailed Squire , almost instant response from AnneMarie. She sent me the instructions and also offered to talk me through the process if necessary. Amazing service (like we had in years past) and the padlock is great as well. Many thanks.

I'm finding bit difficult to do find a point on my frame to put the lock...it's too. Big for my back bag, be better with a plastic coating to protect frame

What a great product! I bought the Squire Behemoth and the Defiant to secure my motorcycle. I am very happy with it. It really does feel like the strongest padlock in the world!

Product is good solid U shaped bike lock. Bought to replace old one which lasted 15 years. Now comes with moveable cover section over lock which protects from weather.

Substantial lock that arrived in a timely manner.

As advertised great lock the reason for 4 stars is I was hoping the links were thicker on the plus side it does loop through the motorcycle cover.

I brought a second padlock a chain great bit of kit it works great I feel more safe with squire locks a chains thank you great item will shop with you again

Was having trouble with a key, and none other than Mr Squire himself rang me up, listened carefully to the issue and resolved the matter in the best way possible: sending me a brand new lock. It's the best service I've received in a decade. Bravo Squire! Take a bow

I've been using a Squire padlock to lock my bike for 10+ years. Not only is this padlock the best that you could get in the market, but the after sell service is simply outstanding. High recommend!

The lock arrived and looked spot on, I was glad to be buying something British. however it broke as soon as I used it! and now I have to pay to return it. I cant understand why they would sell something that has such poor build quality.

I recently had an issue with a ‘Retrac Max’ lock that I’d purchased at the Alexandra Palace bike show. It was a budget ‘cafe’ type lock so didn’t have any great expectations. I contacted Anne- Marie at Squires. Absolutely amazing service. I returned the lock and it was replaced without hesitation and she even refunded the postage.
If only every company was this good. Thanks again Anne-Marie.
