Ordered 4th or December and I'm here in february and still haven't received it. I have emailed them and they have acknowledged it was their issue but havnt issued a refund. Thier website says uk based but my tracking says still in transit in china. DO NOT BUY OF THESE PEOPLE

Received a onesie from them, the quality of it compared to the photos on their website do not match at all. The sizing is very odd as it is too long, even tho their sizing chart is based purely on height. I asked for a refund and to return the item as it is not as advertised and the sizing doesn’t make sense to go bigger or smaller, and they EVENTUALLY agreed to it, only to say that they will only refund $31.50 of my $40 to cover shipping costs, and when I asked for a shipping label, they said they don’t pay for shipping!

i never got my items...
i live in Denmark so i expected it to take some time but i didn't expect it to take over a month. especially, because i payed 20 DOLLARS for rushed shipping. Every time i check the tracking, it says that it's getting prepared. sweetheart, it's been a month. I've mailed squishyshop.com but they sadly didn't answer. i just waisted 120 dollars and theres nothing i can do about it.

Amazing shop that is super cheap, but it has its downsides. It is also not the most trustable website so be careful. Order at your own risk. The squishy shop packages are sometimes scams, but some are not. I personally have never been scammed by squishy shop and I hope I am never scammed by them. Here are some bad things about squishy shop:
1) shipping time is really slow
2) you might be scammed

I ordered a package in December and after 3 weeks, it wasnt even shipped. I messaged them on Instagram, and after 1 week they said that they would ship soon. 2 weeks after that, the package hasnt shipped yet, so I messaged and emailed them repeatedly with no answer. After almost 2 months, I decided to file a dispute with PayPal and they sent my package the next day. When I received it, most of the squishies were in bad condition (major rips and cracks + crumpled packaging) and 2 items were missing. I filed another dispute with PayPal and got a full refund of the package. BUYER WARNING: you either get lucky with their great prices, or lose your time and money.

I ordered a squishy a month ago
No record of the order number when I try to track it. I've emailed 4 times and no answer. I would definitely NOT order with this company

I ever ordered this website before everything was right but not this time I ordered 3 weeks ago they didn’t send my package and never reply my emails
TERRIBLE

My daughter orderet some squishy`s on november 5th.
order said delivery time was 2-3 weeks.
november 22. i wrote mail that i did not have any shipping information.
novmber 23 they returned it has dispatched.
today november 25 i have an update, package is now in distribution center
IN HONG KONG... so delivery time is very poor.
dont know still about quality..
i will update :-)
