Tyler was beyond amazing!
Tyler took the time to explain to me this new service that I never knew existed even! He was very informative, kind, and ensured he educates me on the differences of plans especially for healthcare and being HIPPA compliant.

Got this service to fax some important documents... of course, that's what it's for... but after trying multiple times, different ways on different platforms/systems to get anytning out etc I could never get it to send a single fax. And yes, I went throgh the troubleshooting etc. So I went back to the ancient machine in my office that eats papers and makes a connection less than half the time because slow and painful is better than nothing at all.

Can't recommend this in the slightest. It has one job to do and failed.

Look elsewhere.

My experience with SRFax support was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. No exaggeration. My call was promptly answered by a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional woman (Trish :)) that not only swiftly diagnosed the issue (on my end not the service btw) and assisted me in resolving it, but also shared a ton of helpful information on faxing in general and how their service works. Given the customer support, security, and functionality of their service, I would highly recommend using SRFax if you find yourself in need!

Trish was very helpful and quickly resolved our issue. She was proactive in checking in with us if any of our email addresses had changed, since we have been using this service since 2015. We discovered that some of our email address had changed and she updated them for us. She then followed up with an informative email.

Christina was courteous, helpful and directed me in the direction to get my issue resolved. Thanks for having a "person" answer the phone without having to go through so many prompts and never getting a 'live person" to talk to. I appreciate this about SRFax.

Trish was very thorough when I requested to have my plan changed. Explained cost differences and took a look ay my past usage history while recommending the next best plan suitable for my needs. Trish was very polite and made me laugh a few times. Trish deserves a raise!!

I spoke to Trish today and SRfax is lucky to have her represent the company:-) She is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, explained and answered my questions in a clear/easy to understand language.
