There is no information on the item description to indicate that the socks require hand washing. There was also no information inside the box to indicate this. Although, this would have been pointless anyway as the item had been ordered and received. Due to the item not being hand washed the socks turned pink!
No issues with delivery, this was very quick and owner responsive to emails. However, unless you have time to hand wash the socks I wouldn’t purchase again. This maybe fine for some just not us.

Got the ‘gotta catch ‘em all’ bundle as a gift for my gf. She absolutely loves them. The quality is top notch and the colours are amazing. Highly recommend! A great small business that deserves your support!

Do not shop from this person she is extremely rude. I had some problems with my delivery and the way she handled the situation was utterly poor!! She has no sense of customer service and how to manage a difficult situation. I kindly asked her as I didn’t receive my delivery on the 9th day she’s messaged me saying ready the shopping policy etc no apology nothing. My sister then dm’d her from Instagram as my delivery came without the white box with her logo on it. She is so rude she mentioned something like “yeah but did you pay extra” “this is my business” and this is way it’s done!!! Get a life first and go and get some lessons on how to treat your customers first. Before products it’s the way you handle situations you little show off!!! No professionalism I think it’s because of her age too any way if you don’t want hassle just dye your own socks it’s not worth it trust me!
