Very good technical support

Yesterday I receive a very good technical support from Andy. I was lost about how to install SSL that I bought from SSL2BUY in my TOMCAT 9 server and Andy guided me so well. Thank you for your quickly answer and patience.

very impressive service

the whole process from buying to the installation instructions were simple to follow through. What impressed me most was their support. They are quick to respond and you dont have to keep repeating the issue, they have the detail. I was chatting with Alex who was very patient and took me step by step. he was extremely helpful

Good Customer Support from Ann

I contacted SSL2Buy support regarding my EV certificate order and was assisted by Ann.
She was professional and kept me updated throughout the process, even when she needed to check things with the CA team. Ann took the time to investigate my questions properly and made sure everything was explained clearly.
The live chat response was prompt and she stayed until my queries were resolved. Overall, a solid support experience.
Would recommend SSL2Buy for their customer service.

Outstanding support and communication

I needed to renew my code signing certificate, but getting verified was a hassle because I had disconnected my previous landline phone number and they couldn't verify my cell number being connected to my business (not very public). SSL2BUY helped me get it all straightened out and was very responsive during the process. They always followed up almost immediately through their support ticket system. Super happy with them!

Unbelievable support

Unbelievable support. This is my second time working with Support and I had the pleasure of working with Alex again. He was extremely knowledgeable and moved quickly to resolve the issue. I bought my VMC two months ago and ran into some server issues, and Alex still took his time to walk me through everything. The fact that this company supports you months after the purchase shows how much they value their customers. Safe to say, I’m a forever customer.
