Gareth responded quickly and efficiently to my initial request for help to replace my door locks, he inspected the photos of the doors that I sent to him, he advised me that one door was fine and did not need replacement, the others did need replacing. He arrived early to our appointment the following day, he explained why the locks needed replacing took measurements and popped off to purchase the correct locks for the job. Gareth completed the job in a quick and efficient manner, he was very polite and professional. His prices are very reasonable compared to some companies who try to rip you off. He is a very genuine person and would not tell you you needed something if you didn’t and he does not over charge. Fantastic service from a fantastic company. Would definitely recommend this young man and I will definitely be using him again should the situation arise. He in on call 24 hours for any emergencies too.

Had to contact Gareth to replace a faulty lock on our back door. This is the second time we have used him and would definitely use him again. He turned up on time,was professional and friendly. Really nice bloke.

Excellent service, Gareth came to fix four windows that wouldn't open. He explained the main issue which was the lock mechanism and also told me upfront that it may need hinges replacing. Diagnosed the problem, sorted it out and said he come back if there were any future problems. Rang Gareth in a blind panic this morning after door broke on my way out to school/work. I'd seen his page on Facebook as doing lots of work in my local area. He arrived within half an hour, told me before he started what had broken, what the plan was to fix it and how much it would cost all up front - the quote was also very reasonable. He fixed it and then checked over the rest of the patio door unit and tweaked it so that it was much smoother to open and close than it was before!! I'm extremely grateful to him for sorting this so quickly for me, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to the highest degree. Thank you Gareth, you are a lifesaver!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Gareth came out to have a chat with us about cctv and lighting which would suit best. Gareth and Danny spent the day setting all the lights and cctv up,called back the next day to make sure everything was working fine and to show us how to work everything. Slight adjustments were made to the cameras as they wanted them to be 100% perfect, after all that Gareth checked all the doors/windows and gate locks. Highly recommend

I had trouble with my door handle on an internal door around Christmas time and called to speak with the owner Gareth who was very helpful on the phone. He managed to fit in with my diary to come as soon as he could to fit a new lock. He was friendly, professional and punctual. Happy with the price too. Thanks Gareth I will definitely recommend you.

I called ss locksmiths as my dad had took ill late at night and was taken into hospital and had lost the keys to his flat and we needed a quick response to lock and secure the flat.... ss locksmiths couldn't have been more helpful they was quick to respond and very professional with a very competitive rate I would highly recommend these locksmiths!!
