Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Received my oven but when trying to switch On and start the oven I cannot start the oven due to the door not locked properly. I asked for technician to fix it for us but they just provide us video on how to fix it. They told us to open the wall oven part by screw and fix the sensor button inside the oven ourselves. My concern is when we open the part and anything happens the warranty will be void. When i ask if we open the part and suddenly something happens which i cannot foresee yet, do they want to take responsibility? They cannot answer me on that. HQ only said that’s the only thing they can help by giving tutorial video how to adjust the sensor ourselves. Other option to send back the oven to their service centre but we need to bare the cost of delivery and anything happens during delivery will be on our own risk. Which not makes sense at all. For oven we did not use yet and still new.
