Polite, quick and efficient

I have contacted StablePoint on several occasions recently when transferring my charity website to them and dealing with a few technical hitches. They have provided free hosting and are always there when there are any technical issues. Their agents are very polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Doesn't let me register ns records

Disgusting service. I bought two domains from them in the .dk zone. Now I can't register ns records for cloudflare there. It just gives an error. The domains were bought more than a week ago. Tech support answers once a day. And even then there is no help from them. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Excellent tech support, and this is what matters.

I have been hosting a few websites with Stablepoint for the last 4 years. I also recommended Stablepoint to one of my friends. He is also very happy with it.
Recently due to a routing issue of my Internet provider, I could not reach the server where my websites are hosted. After some troubleshooting together, the decided action was to move the websites to a new server within Stablepoint environment. The job was done quickly and accurately by their support team.
I think Stablepoint has the best technical support I encountered with hosting providers for the last 30 years. This is the most important reason to stay.

Worth Every Penny

The prices for their services are bumping up, so I was thinking of looking around for another hosting service, something more bargain basement, but then I had an issue with my email, and Arif came to my rescue in less than a minute via chat. We talked for a while, and he was so helpful -- screenshots, descriptions, offering more possible ways to enhance my filtering, beyond what I knew. He didn't have to do that. He could have just answered my questions and gone onto the next person. The support is top notch. I'm not going anywhere.

Brilliant support from Liyana

Brilliant support from Liyana. We are a charity and finding a company that provides a special free charity hosting package was just what we needed. It has some limitations (which you'd expect at that price), which we just hit, but in talking to support they found a way for us to get what we needed without any hassle. I use them for some other paid sites as well, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Going down-hill fast - poor level of support

Everything has been going down-hill for a while. Support responses are super basic and rarely and often don’t address issues. The DNS has been recently unusable in that adding a site to a sever would apply the wrong IP address for up to 48 hours. I had to use Cloudflare for DNS (not a bad thing to do) if I needed to configure anything in a reasonable timeframe. The support has gone down-hill and often replies are super slow. Now they have broken the config on one server so my sites won't connect to various sources. On another server of theirs, everything is still fine. I asked them to check what is wrong with the firewall, they replied saying I should use a VPN if I want bespoke settings. I haven't asked for bespoke settings, I just want them to diagnose the issue, but they are not capable. I would avoid and look elsewhere as you are likely to waste a lot of time here.
