This was the WORST experience I had…

This was the WORST experience I had with online purchase.
First of all , it’s tooks 5 weeks to got news about my package , the delivery compagny try to deliver my package twice and I wasn’t home ( I work as many of us I think ;) )

I called the compagnie and told them they can leave it there even if I’m not home and I’ll assume if the package is stolen or what ever .

They tried a third attempts , and after 3 times THEY HOLD the package for 10 DAYs before they try the last attempts after they ship it back to the compagnie .

They never try the last attempt, I contact Stacci customer service many times, they told me they’re gonna ship an other package , they NEVER did .

Then the delivery company told me they ship it back . I told stacci I don’t want them to ship me anything else I want a full refund ( they made me lost 5 months of waiting ) like I’m gonna get my legging when I’ll be ready for summer and buy short ??? It’s completely stupid .

I told them twice I don’t want a new package , they told me they already ship it , and I NEVER received it , so they stole me a invoice of around 380$ and after total silence .

2 weeks after ordering still no delivery

2 weeks after ordering I still haven‘t received my order, no one is answering my emails (1st email sent on 3.12., 2nd on 10.12.)and also the UPS link expired…Apparently the order hasn‘t left the warehouse since the last (and only) status on UPS was „waiting to receive your order“… So UPS never received the order in the first place.
Quite disappointed to be honest, didn‘t have this issue with my previous order a year ago..

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a Trustpilot review, even though it was a 1-star rating. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Unfortunately, this type of issue can happen on rare occasions — roughly 1 in 1000 orders.

In this case, your order left our warehouse but was then returned. This usually occurs for one of the following reasons:
A) The address or phone number provided was incorrect, or
B) An error occurred on UPS’s side.

Neither of these situations is caused by Stacci, so we feel it’s a bit unfair that the negative review is directed at us for something outside of our control.

You also mentioned that “no one is answering my emails,” which isn’t correct. Here is the timeline:

Yesterday:
• 4:54 PM – Your email was received. This was outside our customer support hours, so no reply had been sent yet.
• 7:12 PM – You posted your review, about two hours after sending your email.

Today:
• 6:12 AM – Our customer support team replied to your email (11 hours after it was received).

We are currently investigating the issue with UPS, and of course we will handle this according to best practices. Our customer support team will make sure everything is resolved in a way that suits you.

Poor fabric quality

I bought Lumi Bare leggings and top, as well as zipper jacket. After couple of months, all clothes are pilled and look very bad, even though they weren't exposed to any rough surfaces and the damage appeared after normal usage for sports.
What is more, fabric is really thin and transparent (for Warm Clay color version), making it uncomfortable to wear for workouts.
Considered the price, I genuinely expected a higher quality of the clothes. Client support team refused to give me a refund, responding that this situation falls of their refund policy (faulty items have to be reported in max. 14 days).
Apparently, if the damage appears due to bad fabric quality after a few months, no refunds are possible. This is unnaceptable to me.

Never again

I placed my first order with Stacci Athletics during their sale and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing.

I ordered a jacket in size medium, but it arrived absolutely enormous — the sizing is way off. Even more surprising was discovering that ankle straps are sold individually. I’ve never come across an activewear brand that doesn’t sell them as a pair. The listing even shows a photo of two straps together, which feels very misleading.

To make matters worse, when I looked into returning the jacket I was met with this message: “We do not accept returns outside the EU (for example UK & Norway) due to duties and tolls.” For a company selling internationally, this seems unacceptable.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

Regarding sizing:
Please make sure to check the product description and our size chart carefully before placing your order. We haven’t received similar feedback about sizing before, so your comment is quite surprising. To avoid any confusion in the future, we recommend reaching out to us before ordering if you’re uncertain about the size — we’re always happy to help.

Regarding the 3D Ankle Strap:
We previously offered these in packs of two, but most customers preferred to purchase a single piece. As always, we listen closely to customer feedback and adjust our products accordingly.

Regarding returns:
Unfortunately, Stacci cannot be responsible for the regulations, customs fees, or import duties that apply to countries outside the EU. We experienced significant issues with packages sent from the UK — many were held at customs, and customers were asked to pay additional fees before delivery. In most cases, these packages were not claimed.
Because of this, our policy clearly explains that customers are responsible for any customs or import charges related to their country’s regulations. You can review and agree to these terms when placing an order via the required checkbox at checkout.

The fabric is gorgeous—ultra-stretchy

The fabric is gorgeous—ultra-stretchy, luxuriously soft, and so comfortable. The fit is flawless, like a second skin.
However, the top size S is a bit snug on me, so I’ll be opting for a medium next time.

Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, it’s handled by our third-party logistics (3PL) partner and the selected carrier. They are responsible for packing and shipping your order, and while we do our best to work with reliable partners, we don’t have control over the process once the parcel is in transit.

If your package has been lost and you chose the Route Insurance option at checkout, we’ll happily refund you — no questions asked.

We also want to be transparent about the challenges of shipping to the UK post-Brexit. Even major carriers sometimes face delays or issues, which we understand can be frustrating. That said, we’re doing everything we can on our end to minimize these problems.

My definitely fav brand

I love this material. I just want to touch it all the time. Fitting, soft, elasticity. The only thing I would appreciate more are more bright colors, earthy tones are not my cup of tea. For other ppl who prefer more nude tones, more natural, this is excellent choice.

I think Stacci is onto something great

I think Stacci is onto something great. The clothes are very comfy but tricky in size. Shipping is fast and overall I'm very happy with my purchases.
If there'd be better sizing overviews with different models it would be 5 stars.

These leggings are so beautiful when…

These leggings are so beautiful when they first arrive!
But unfortunately the quality is not good! You will get longer lasting leggings in Primark!
The material piles. And as many other reviews have stated. The stitching on the bum comes undone , which left track marks that developed into holes.
Making them unwearable, after spending £60 on each, within 4 months.

Contacted the company to explain this fault. And they suggested they might be too snug!!
And they couldn't replace them as itd been 6 months since I ordered them.

I'm sorry, but I think that £60 legging should have longer than the 6 months shelf life that they've given them.

Joke of a company to be honest.
Such a shame because they're the nicest fit. I get compliments every time I wear them.
But definitely won't be spending £60 on disposable leggings again!

Very unfair return policy

Sorry, but you have a very unfair return policy. I ordered 4 leggings to Germany and as they didn’t fit as I imagined, I had to return them all. Nothing uncommon in the fashion industry I would say.

Stacci charged 9€ handling fee, 8,95€ shipment fee (for the original delivery), and another 8,95€ for the delivery protection (which I chose myself). The return cost had to be paid by myself (15€), so in total I spent 40€ for NOTHING.

You should definitely find a solution here, bc this is not fair to any (potential) customer. How do you expect that every customer fits into your clothes? If they don’t they just waist money.

For sure this approach/regulation is good for your revenue, but how about client satisfaction? Do you value that at all? This is key to a successful business and I will not order again, unless I know will keep the items - even though I could never know this in advance lmao.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are not something we profit from; they are determined by two main factors: weight and destination. A trackable package like yours typically costs around €20, plus an estimated fuel surcharge of 12-25%. You paid €9 for shipping, meaning we actually absorbed part of the carrier's charge.

Handling Fee:
The handling fee covers the work required by our warehouse team to receive, open, and carefully inspect each item to ensure its condition before reselling it to the next customer. This process is essential for maintaining product quality, and like any professional service, it comes at a cost.

Return Shipping Fee:
The return shipping fee is another area where we strive to provide convenience. While you are welcome to use your local post office to return items, we offer a prepaid shipping label for ease. This fee is generally break-even for us.

Shipping Insurance:
Shipping insurance is completely optional and is calculated as a percentage of the total order value. This is not a profit-generating fee for us but rather an added layer of security for customers who want protection in case of lost packages. If you choose insurance, you are guaranteed a refund without any hassle if something goes wrong.

So when you mention paying €40 "for nothing," we don’t believe that’s a fair assessment. Your payment covered shipping, insurance, and labor costs.

Why These Costs Exist:
We would love to lower these fees, but there are two key challenges:

Unfortunately, some customers take advantage of return policies by ordering multiple items, wearing them for extended periods (sometimes months), and then returning them as "damaged." Others order large quantities (e.g., 12 items in multiple sizes and colors) and only keep one, which is neither financially nor environmentally sustainable.
We are a small business with much tighter margins compared to large corporations that can afford to absorb return costs.
If you have suggestions on how we can improve this system, we’d be happy to hear them!

This is truly China’s worst quality…

This is truly China’s worst quality items! I would never recommend! I bought some items and was able to return only a part of them because of their return policy. But sizes do not match Europe sizes but china’s. Exemple s- is actually xs. And the strech is one of the worst! Panties i think they are one time use or something..
