DO NOT SHOP HERE

I placed an order for a dress on 24th September 2025, and as of 9th October, the tracking status still shows as "OFFLINE" as it has done from the beginning — whatever that means.
Over three weeks without any progress or updates is completely unacceptable, especially since the dress was intended for a wedding at the end of October. I can’t afford to wait any longer for a delivery that seems unlikely to arrive.
I understand that shipping/tracking issues can happen, but what’s truly frustrating is the complete lack of communication.
I’ve sent three emails—on 4th, 6th, and 9th October—and haven’t received a single response. The poor customer service is diabolical.
This experience has been pretty stressful. To make matters worse, I found the same dress on SHEIN for a fraction of the price. I placed that order two weeks after this one, and it’s already arrived. The contrast is unbelievable.
If you're considering buying from Stacey London, I would strongly advise against it. They’ll take your money and ignore you if anything goes wrong. I’m now dreading the return process—if the parcel even shows up!

Misleading - DO NOT BUY

I ordered a dress from Stacey London and when it arrived 2 weeks later, it looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised — more like something from Shein. Weird shape, bad quality and completely unwearable.

The website states returns are allowed within 30 days with the buyer covering postage. That seemed reasonable until I discovered the item had to be returned to China, not the UK, despite the shop being called “Stacey London.” This was not made clear before purchase.

Overall, the branding and return policy are misleading. The quality is terrible, the product was not as described, and you are left paying expensive international postage to return it. This feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Stacey London.

I wouldn’t even put 1 star if i could…

I wouldn’t even put 1 star if i could write a review without it.
So, Stacey London need to change their name to “Stacey no where near London”
They operate from china and the cut of the dress they sent me is laughable.
I contacted them to return ( when I thought it was London) after avoiding giving me the return address, the return comes with the following stipulations:
The package must be sent with track and trace as we cannot guarantee a refund of a package sent without track and trace.
Please also note that the declared amount should be small when filling in the customs form, otherwise customs will charge tax for our warehouse to receive your package. If this happens, we will not be able to give you a refund or replacement.
Make sure to include a note inside the package with your order number as well as the name and email address associated with the order for refund processing. Once the package has been shipped, please send us a copy of your return receipt and tracking number for package monitoring and refund processing.
You can rest assured that our returns center will process a refund after receiving and fully inspecting your returned item.
Alternatively, if you decide to keep the item, we would like to offer you a 40% discount coupon that you can use to purchase any item from our store at a very low price. If you want to receive this offer, let me know and I will issue a personalized discount coupon to you.

So im just guessing, it will either not arrive or the tax will be more than my parcel.

Just a scam!!!
I managed to get a refund through Paypal thankfully.

Scam- don’t order

The dress I have received isn’t the same dress advertised. It is unwearable. It is see through, it doesn’t fit human proportions, it is from China and not London.
On their website it says to email them for info on returns. They say they will refund you if you send them it back…. To china. On their website it says it is a store in London. It is a scam. I’m trying to dispute with my bank to get my money back as the garment they have sent looks NOTHING like the photo advertised. I saw it advertised on TikTok and no wonder their comments are turned off.
