Fast service and delivery of a great product

I purchased some of the paradise wash for my mustache and found it to smell more like soap than anything. I wrote a review about this, and not only did these guys send me a replacement wash, they also included a few stickers! The wash smells great, I simply got a bad batch initially! Very impressed with this move by them!

Contacted them because I wasn’t happy with how a beard oil smelled not that it was bad just wasn’t what I was expecting. Mind you I picked this scent and it was picked for me and they offered to refund me or send me a different selection I opted for the different selection and they told me to gift the one I originally bought or to send it back them! That’s how business is done and real customer service is lost in our current world. Ps I will be sending it back because I truly like them as a company and they have one me as a customer forever now!

It's always a great experience ordering at Stache Salt, uncomplicated and easy and if you have to exchange a product since you don't like it, no problem. I really appreciate that when I did that. And the Grove is absolutely amazing, love this scent. Great products and the wax really holds all day. If you're new and wondering if that is a company you wanna try, don't hesitate, I'm very sure you want be disappointed, in my opinion.

It doesn’t seem like it would be hard to make mustache wax, but there are plenty of places that make horrible wax. Not Stash Salt, it’s great, lasts all day, even in a fire. I would buy again, I already have

The post office had some challenges getting my package to me and actually lost it for 4 or 5 days. Michelle, I think it was, reached out to me about my concern and was amazing even offering to send me another order since mine didn't make it in time. Wasn't even her fault and wanted to make sure I was taken care of and that really said alot about this company. I was very grateful for her concern and am a completely satisfied customer who will return when it's time to order again ! Thank you

Only complaint I have is it took about 2 weeks to come in. But even with that, very satisfied with my purchase! Will wear with pride and tell everyone where I got it from!

This was my first true wax for my mustache, referred by my Cpt. I love the stuff! I wish there was more scents in the medium hold!
