Cheap materials jewerely box
The quality of the jewerely box is not at the Standard I have hope for.
Because I have opened it and threw away all boxes, have decided to keep it.

Damaged bag and still no refund 4 months in!
Purchased the Weekend Bag in person - upon packing frayed stitching, ink on metal details and buckeles and rubber pealing off at seams. Purchased in November and still no refund! Ignored my emails and pop up shop doesnt exist anymore. Really bad experience.
Branding Outpaces Craftsmanship
I ordered one of their deluxe makeup organisers for my wife for Christmas. The item arrived with peeling laminate, badly glued joins, and an overall poor appearance.
It took a fortnight for a response from customer service, and then I had to persist in chasing up the issue in order to seek a return/refund.
It is a shame that they are positioned as the higher-end go-to for organisation/storage solutions in the UK, seemingly as there is little competition. Had I known what to expect, I would have looked abroad or bespoke.
Positioned as premium, however they lack the material integrity and craftsmanship one would expect. The company invests heavily in image, yet the product itself simply does not justify the claim.

Refer friend doesn't work - sister now in a huff with me
I thought my sister would like these jewellery boxes and was going to buy her something but she said she'd rather choose her own things so - as I'd already signed up - I said I'd send her a 'refer a friend' discount. But despite multiple attempts then code doesn't work. She's getting either 'pending' or it just tells her she's ineligible. She tried multiple times to contact customer service & apparently they either reply asking for info she's already included or don't respond at all. So trying to do something nice for my sister has completely failed and just caused her frustration. Given how useless customer service seems to be, I definitely wouldn't buy from them directly. We're pretty put off in general tbh - not sure if they're incompetent or trying to lure people in with offers that don't exist but either way, I think we'll steer clear. I guess if you really like their stuff maybe only buy via John Lewis? Then if there's a problem at least you'll get a reply.

She was reassuring and provided insight on why the issue occurred (which has now been full resolved), and didn't hesitate to help me with shipping and arrangement of a replacement. I highly recommend shopping with Stackers.
Special experience
Item arrived beautifully packaged, even though I ordered it for myself it felt like a special gift. It seems good quality and looks very smart in the bedroom.
Poor quality products and customer service
I have 3 issues with this company:
1. The item I received was faulty / poor quality. I ordered a handbag and when I received it I saw that the leather effect coating was peeling off.
2. I emailed customer service and it took them a week to respond despite their website claiming it would be 24 hours
3. Customer service want to charge me £4 to return an item that they failed to provide in a satisfactory condition.
Having read the other reviews I have decided to hang onto my faulty bag as I don’t want to lose £4 on top of the £68 they already scammed from me.

I ordered two items from Stackers…
I ordered two items from Stackers before Christmas: the Limestone Large Cosmetic Bag for my 20-year old daughter to use on her first ski trip to Switzerland and the Blush Pink Classic Display Jewellery Box for myself. I absolutely loved the jewellery box - I was surprised how pretty and good quality it was and it honestly looks fabulous in my bedroom and fits all my essential day-to-day jewellery, which also displays nicely. The cosmetic bag unfortunately had some marks on them, which we were not happy about. I contacted Stackers Customer Service who picked up the phone straight away and apologised for the state of the cosmetic bag. I asked them if they had the same cosmetic bag in the navy blue, which my daughter originally wanted it in, but I was advised earlier on that these had sold out completely before placing my order. However, I was then advised that they had two cosmetic bags in navy blue left which were in excellent condition. I was concerned that the navy blue bag might not be delivered in time before my daughter departs on her ski trip. Due to the time-sensitive circumstances, the gentleman adviser expedited the delivery of the navy blue cosmetic bag (at no additional cost to me), to ensure my daughter received it the day before she was due to depart. Astonishingly, we received the replacement item via DPD courier within days, which my daughter absolutely loved! Stackers also managed to arrange the collection of the unwanted cosmetic bag in quick succession without issue! I give Stackers 10/10 for their high standards of customer service, no quibble exchange policy and excellent communication! I am now officially a loyal Stackers customer!

Ordered for Christmas present, dispatched promptly, but delivery van became engulfed in water due to flooding. Contacted Maddie who arranged replacement to be delivered overnight, which was great and saved the day.
