I wanted to like this company so much! The containers themselves were great- spacious and clean. The communication on both sides of my move were inconsistent and terrible and they charged me for extra things that, if I hadn't noticed, I would have paid for (they added a charge for stair usage after the fact when I have an elevator!).

Love the idea of the eco-friendly move option, but I wouldn't go with this company again.

They were very helpful and easy for packing. Only complaint is they never brought the labels you’re suppose to use for labeling the boxes. They were also suppose to be delivered in a Friday and the window given was 6-8pm. And then that wasn’t done was told maybe by 9 or just the next day and change the dates. So a little frustrating to schedule something and it didn’t happen on time.

This was the best experience using Stack moving boxes. From delivery to pickup, everything was seamless. The boxes were sturdy, clean, and made moving so much easier. Highly recommend. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Easiest packing experience. Didn’t have to bother with tape or setting up/breaking down boxes. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it would be nice to schedule the drop off and pick up, but it’s still easily a 5 star experience for me.

What a great idea! Stack made my move simple, comfortable and efficient. The pick up and delivery scheduling was a breeze. Shawn and Kaye in customer service were attentive to my needs and requests. They responded immediately and are most courteous and professional. I've recommended Stack to several friends already. My expectations were exceeded and yours will be too!

Great service. Delivered as promised, picked up as promised. The bins are good sized, the dollies are great for moving the bins around.

LOVED the delivery and pick up -- one less thing to worry about! My tip: get more boxes than you think you need. Maybe I have too much stuff but I found the bedroom count estimate to be too low. I did the 2-bedroom amount for my 1 bedroom and I still needed more!

Highly recommend stack boxes for your move. More affordable than carboard boxes. No worrying about going out to buy boxes multiple times, taping them up, and worrying if they'll hold heavier items. Stack boxes were delivered right to my door in great condition and picked up a week later from my new place. The dollies made it super easy to stack them and move them around.

Stack was easy, convenient, and well-managed. Everything was a 5-star except the fact that they don’t service our area so we did have to drive our crates to a friends house for pickup.

Lack of communication, lack of customer service, poor experience

Moving bins beat boxes every time! Sturdy, spacious, no assembly needed, and no recycling hassle. Everything fit easily, and pickup was a breeze. Never using boxes again!

I booked a few weeks in advance for an order and on the day of the drop-off, they didn’t have the inventory and asked to push the delivery to the following Monday.

I wouldn’t trust their delivery times if you have a time sensitive move.

What a genius idea! This was so helpful for my 1BR apartment move and the process was extremely simple and convenient. I will never use cardboard boxes again. The rolling cart made the move so much faster and easy on my back. Gilbert was so professional and courteous. Great experience for sure!

The money was well worth it. The crates made my move so smooth. It was a definite time saver when it came to packing and unpacking as well as the actual move. The ability to stack multiple crates on top of each other and roll them on a dolly was helpful. The driver who delivered and picked up the boxes communicated in advance the time for pickup/delivery. He was quick and efficient.

Pickup and drop off was seamless and the boxes and dollies made the move so much easier!

This is a 5 star review. Stack is the perfect solution to finding moving boxes. Delivery to my home was on time and well communicated. When I needed to extend my return I just sent a message to Stack through their website and the extension was granted immediately. I highly recommend using their stackable and rollable boxes when moving.

Super easy. Good sized, clean boxes. Friendly service.
