I called on monday 25.8 to Stadium customer service. Time was 15.03, in case she happens to read this…Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Definately very pleasant experience. This lady I was talking with was so lovely, pleasant and very patient with my issue with my new e-mail address. She was determined to get my problem solved as she did. Talking with her was absolutely my pleasure. Thank you so much!!!
Unacceptable customer service, the phoneline is not working, they don`t respond to emails.
I was expecting an expensive delivery last week and they did not bother to contact me as they could not deliver my order to the pickup point, after a call with the delivery company i found out that they already knew it had to be delivered at my home address but they did not even bothered to contact me, i had to find out myself through extensive phone calls and emails with the delivery company. Still the customer service is not to be seen anywhere. Furthermore, i cannot longer see my purchase on their online store, so i can`t see any details about this or it`s progress. I have to reschedule my holidays for that which means extra costs for me, as i can`t get any extra information about any delivery dates in any way from Stadium, or even the delivery company because they wait for Stadium to contact them, also. Very bad experience at the worst timing. Not shopping there again.
They don't send text messages when you purchase something and the product is shipped. And they charge extra 20euros, if the package gets sent back.

In my case, a stolen identity card that wasn't even valid, that war reported stolen, was used by a skinhead tattooed criminal almost 30 years older than me. Stadium didn't apologize, nor were they helpful, they just kept on blaming the victim. In the world of safe mobile identification processes, it is completely unacceptable that Stadium relies entirely on the person number found on ID cards.
