I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered an 1800 couch 7 months ago and it still has not arrived. Horrible customer service, horrible communication…. I am beyond disappointed
Do not buy from this company. They are rotten and will take your money and never deliver!!

Terrible service

Terrible service, managed to get a refund. Owner run’s the company as a side line for a second income and expected me to make allowances for this when he gave bad service.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, faulty item after lengthy delivery.
After multiple emails to their team they have stopped responding and said it’s the suppliers issue. Finding crab claws in the furniture certainly needs addressing.

Ordered in May 2022

Ordered in May 2022, one chandelier for $300. I received a shipping notice that it was delivered on June 22, 2022. It wasn’t. I have been emailing them for eight weeks trying to get info, but no one ever responds. They have a chat option which is never available. They offer no phone number. My issue is unresolved after eight weeks of effort. Steer clear of this company.

Crooks

Crooks! Pure and simple! Took my money months ago and kept fobbing me off with excuses for the delays, then they emailed to say they had ceased trading and told me to try and reclaim from my bank the several thousand pounds they had taken from me! And their website is still taking orders! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR STAFFORDSHIRE UK (same company, different name). Like many others I paid thousands for lovely furniture, was robbed off by emails for months with excuses, then told he had ‘ceased trading’. As they haven’t gone into liquidation, I’m struggling ti claim by money back on credit card! Absolute thieves ripping off innocent trusting customers!

Ordered my item on the 22 April 2022

Ordered my item on the 22 April 2022 - 6-10 Days delivery time,
3 May 2022 - I requested an update,
4 May 2022 - Informed item would arrive at the warehouse 30 May 2022,
2 June 2022 - I requested news on my item,
4 June 2022 - Informed my item would arrive in the UK on the 23 June 2022,
24 June 2022 - I requested an update on my item,
26 June 2022 - Informed my item would dock on the 30 June and will be in the warehouse 3 July,
5 July 2022 - I requested an update yet again,
7 July 2022 - Informed my item would arrive at the warehouse on the 15 July 2022 and will be delivered 6 working days later,
25 July 2022 - My item was delivered - damaged!!!!!!

I will NEVER use "Now its Homely" again. I have informed all my family friends and work colleagues to avoid this company.

It's a scam.

I ordered a light fixture a month ago, got an email with tracking, but the tracking number is invalid. I reached out 4 times to the company regarding this order, and only got one reply, now I can't get anyone to answer my emails. There is no chat or phone number contact info for them.

order not arrived, poor communication

Ordered furniture on 9th June thinking delivery was within a couple of weeks but still no sign. Last emailed response was end of June and supposedly it would be delivery by 26th. No sign, no communication and not happy and will have to dispute the transaction with the credit card company as a result.

I bought a set of 4 rechargeable pool…

I bought a set of 4 rechargeable pool lights a year ago. Now 3 of the 4 will not charge or work correctly. I have emailed the company and have not received anything from them. I paid good money for there product and I'm very unhappy at the fact they only lasted 1 summer. I did as the directions said and still this happened. Unsatisfied customer

Great experience

Great experience. Will definitely purchase from them again. By far the best price we found online and the best quality garden furniture we have ever owned. It looks great, and is so comfortable. From start to finish the communication has been excellent, even down to the delivery notifications (the delivery drivers were excellent too). Very pleased! Thank you!!!
