Terrible service, managed to get a refund. Owner run’s the company as a side line for a second income and expected me to make allowances for this when he gave bad service.

After multiple emails to their team they have stopped responding and said it’s the suppliers issue. Finding crab claws in the furniture certainly needs addressing.

Ordered in May 2022, one chandelier for $300. I received a shipping notice that it was delivered on June 22, 2022. It wasn’t. I have been emailing them for eight weeks trying to get info, but no one ever responds. They have a chat option which is never available. They offer no phone number. My issue is unresolved after eight weeks of effort. Steer clear of this company.

I ordered a light fixture a month ago, got an email with tracking, but the tracking number is invalid. I reached out 4 times to the company regarding this order, and only got one reply, now I can't get anyone to answer my emails. There is no chat or phone number contact info for them.

Ordered furniture on 9th June thinking delivery was within a couple of weeks but still no sign. Last emailed response was end of June and supposedly it would be delivery by 26th. No sign, no communication and not happy and will have to dispute the transaction with the credit card company as a result.

I bought a set of 4 rechargeable pool lights a year ago. Now 3 of the 4 will not charge or work correctly. I have emailed the company and have not received anything from them. I paid good money for there product and I'm very unhappy at the fact they only lasted 1 summer. I did as the directions said and still this happened. Unsatisfied customer
