I have used stafford tyres for several years. I’ve always felt comfortable and supported when visiting the branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I pop in if I have any queries, Jay is very knowledgeable and approachable. He goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I’ve always experienced a fast and great service with Stafford Tyres! I’m Always happy with visiting when required.
A massive shout out to Jay and his team who have been absolutely fantastic every time I've been in. They've sorted my tyres, brakes and services after I had a bad experience at another shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. Brilliant service, very quick and fair prices. Blew a tyre but managed to get the car home. We took the tyre off the car and got it replaced, but we had to walk there as the tyre was coming off the wheel. The staff noticed we had walked and very very kindly gave us a lift home on a very hot day. 100% recommend Stafford Tyres!
I'm not one for writing reviews so you can imagine the extreme out of the ordinary service I received at Stafford Tyres today.
I won't go into what my car required, tyre issue covers it I guess, it's the service I write about today. I visited Stafford Tyre unannounced and told them what I needed. No fuss, highly efficient they set about the tasks and got the job done.
It sounds quite ordinary but not in this day and age. They can be fully assured of my business from now on.
VERY QUICK EFFICIENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY
Terrible customer service. Every time we call to try and book our car in for a couple of replacement tyres othe staff refuse to book us an appointment time saying they’re very busy. I don’t think they want peoples business. Advise go elsewhere, very poor.
