Had a phone call to confirm details and let me know who the courier was and when to expect them. Appliance was received no issues. As simple as it is, it's good to have some clear communication from a company and calling made it a bit more of a personable experience. Purchased a Bosch Series 6 70CM Fridge…
Purchased a Bosch Series 6 70CM Fridge Freezer, which was B grade. The fault was clearly displayed in photos on the website, with a scratch to the right side, of the fridge freezer. (this is now positioned against a wall and cannot be seen) and there was a great saving.
The delivery was excellent with the best communication. Please note the delivery was on a pallet in a large lorry. This may be an issue if your delivery is to a property with limited access / parking.
