It's a scam !!

Never ever will buy again . Item didn't arrive from 19th of December. No answer the phone, no answer any emails, how to get my refund?? How they even work ?? Incredibly annoying

Ps. It's a scam !!! Still now ( 4th February) didn't received a refund ! Never answered and fake tel.number, my package was never received ! Fake tracking number as on that foto they saying delivered is not my address ! all fake !

Do not use this company

Took money over a month ago, no sign of my order, no response to any emails. Have had to chase them up through my payment provider. Avoid this company. They are obviously a sham.

I ordered the goods on 27 October and…

I ordered the goods on 27 October and paid £3.50 for delivery. It shows that it will arrive in two days, but today is November 8th, and I still haven't received the mail and goods. I sent emails for two days in a row, hoping to get some help, but received no reply. I hope the comments here can get the attention of the merchants, and you can reply me and deliver the goods by email as soon as possible.

Order never arrived. Poor service.

I ordered some foundation and it never arrived. I tried to call and email and got the run around from some old man that keep on calling me ‘Pet’ or ‘Love’. I am a Professional person and fine these terms insulting. I think I tried to call about 20 times. Why don’t you ANSWER THE PHONE. I got through twice to actually speak to a person. I left messages. Asked for someone to call me. Never got a response to my emails. I was promised a refund that I am still waiting for. These people are scammers and or crooks. They have terrible customer service. I just want what I paid for or a refund. Either will do. But the lack of communication is terrible.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

You were informed that one of the products ordered was damaged. Your delayed response was that you would like a refund. You were given a refund. You really should work on your anger issues, your fury to terms of endearment that are common in Northern England, is due to ignorance of our culture. We clearly answered the phone several times, including today where you phoned in to complain in that nasal tone of yours: it really is weirdly high pitched. Sorry, but my ear is still hurting.
We even phoned you back to confirm the payment had indeed been made via Stripe.

And then, a few hours after we confirmed you had indeed had a refund, you have the bad grace to complain with a slew of lies and nasty comments.

Your attitude is obnoxious and you do a massive disservice to South Africa.

We recommend that no business ever does business with a type like you.

Excellent customer service

Initially bought product for my daughter to go to uni. Did not arrive on time due to issues with stock. However, customer service excellent. Arranged delivery to my daughters uni address instead and refund given for next day delivery I initially paid for for the inconvenience. Only thing is could only find email no phone number but that said excellent service very happy with product and customer service

Makeup items

I ordered 3 makeup items. Only two were delivered, one was an incorrect item. The correct product I did receive was a mascara which had dried out. They did respond to my emails, however it hasn't really been resolved as such.

Slow order processing and shipping timd

I gave this low not because of the product but because of the extremely slow processing time for the delivery. I am
Now on holiday and the kryalan items were not delivered. I ordered a number of different items on the same day. All orders placed with different companies were delivered in time except one other item that was enroute from Australia.

I placed the order on 14th or 15th of August. I didn’t get confirmation that order was processed until around 18th/19th august. That meant there was probably another 5 days before delivery.

Then to top it off, one of the orders seem to imply that pick up is from the shop rather than delivery. I didn’t see anything about store pick ups when I placed the order. I do not live near stagedoor store so pick up is not an option.

Now I am not in town but just waiting to hear that the two items have been delivered. I think I’ll have to request a refund on the 3rd item that seems to have been designated for pick up in store.

Sent wrong shade and company have ignored all messaged and offered no help

Brought an airbrush liquid for my college course specifically brought it in black in order for me to pass my course, was sent the wrong shade I contacted them 5 times through eBay with photographic evidence and I’ve heard nothing back. They have been nothing but useless some form of correspondence and help would have been lovely as no where sells this shade of airbase and now I’m not even sure I can pass the things in my college course. Appalled doesn’t even describe how I a, feeling, I wouldn’t be so annoyed if the company would have contacted me and dealt with the issue however they have ignored my 5 messages 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered products on Tuesday and arrived by Wednesday, Luke was really helpful and made sure I was kept up to date with my order.

I would not hesitate to recommend them as everything you need for SFX/Beauty can be found here for really good prices.

Order arrived today

Recently ordered the Dashbo palette for a very good price. The price and reviews on here made me a little uneasy that I wasn't actually going to get it but it arrived yesterday!

I'd say communication could be a bit better (hence the 4 stars) as they emailed me once it was dispatched but didn't give an estimated arrival date but it took just over a week which was fine!

Otherwise all ok. Can't comment on customer service as wasn't used.

Order not arrived

My mum ordered a concealer pallet Worth £67 for my sister for Christmas, she ordered It on the 16th of October and still hasn’t arrived two weeks later. Thoroughly disappointed and now we are wondering if it’ll ever come as she has still not received confirmation that has even been sent.
Company have no problem taking the money just issues with supplying the good.
