Shipping is unreasonable
Love the freedom I have to build what I need on the website.
Shipping is outrageously expensive. I hate to taint a good review this heavily, but a company this big should be able to figure out better shipping rates. I know it didn't cost $15 to send a small envelope of 12 transfers.

Hotronix® Dual Air Fusion IQ® Heat Press - LEMON
We purchased the Hotronix® Dual Air Fusion IQ® Heat Press and experienced major issues within the first year of ownership. The main power supply wire overheated, causing the machine to completely stop working. For a machine at this price point, this is unacceptable.
What made the situation far worse was the customer support from Stahls. Despite the unit being under warranty, we were told that all warranty work must be done by us. They will not send out a technician. Expecting customers to act as electricians and troubleshoot serious electrical failures on an expensive commercial machine is unreasonable and frankly unsafe.
Between the equipment failure and the lack of proper warranty support, this has been a terrible overall experience. We do not recommend buying this machine, and we strongly caution others to consider the level of support they’ll receive after the sale.
Hopefully, Stahls reconsiders their warranty practices and begins sending qualified technicians to handle warranty repairs—especially for high-end equipment like this. This is safety issue that Stahls does not seem to take serious.

The entire staff are well versed - every time I call, no matter who it is - and they are polite beyond belief. They will go out of their way to patiently assist me with any question or problem I have. Never do I feel as though I am a burden on their time. They are the gold standard in garment decorating.

Great Customer Service
