No stars really. Saw their ad on social media for KOE Kennel Odor Eliminator and fell for it. They took my money and never sent the product (promised to ship within 15 days) after 4 weeks, nor replied to my request for assistance (promised in 24 hours) after a week. Buyer beware. Don’t see their ads running anymore so who knows if they ever existed. Shopify should take them out of their platform.
