Reasonably priced hand rail, easy to order, I was called day before delivery to let me know item was on it's way. I ordered on Friday afternoon, goods were in my home early Tuesday morning. I'm very pleased with everything!

Absolutely dreadful delivery service. Items were to be with us yesterday between 5.20pm and 6.20pm. We waited and waited then received text stating delivery was attempted but no one was in.
Absolutely untrue.
Next delivery is in 4 days time i.e Christmas Eve which will severely disrupt our holidays, as we now have to pay extra for the item to be installed and for a member of our team to be available.

It was only a chance Google search for oddball 70mm newel posts and associated components that brought me here. Anyway ... easy-to-navigate website and ordering process, my phone call to request an order update was dealt with by an incredibly helpful, polite young lady. The good-quality components arrived quickly and were exceptionally well-packaged - the best I've ever seen, in fact. A solid 10/10 all round, and I'll be back for sure. Thanks very much.
