Truly amazing!
The quality of the product, the service and the on time delivery are simply amazing. From the moment I asked my first question I was impressed. I sent pictures of the old stairway and Rich helped me assemble the list of items I would need to create the beautiful stairs I got. Everything arrived as promised and the finished product is breathtaking.
Did I mention they also saved me more than $700 from the price quoted by the local supplier and I was going to wait for the parts to arrive at their shop and have to get them delivered to by home.

Great service and professional staff
I was extremely happy with my purchase. The quality of materials were just as beautiful as the photos and I received constant updates as to when the parts would arrive. They came before the contractor was prepared to do the work! On another note, the staff was very helpful in helping me order all the parts which can be very complicated for a woman who has great decorating taste but no construction knowledge. Would definitely recommend them. I already did.

Ordered from this site because I saw more options than the standard ball and basket design. I had some questions so I called the 800 number. First of all they answered the phone, no automation. Second they were so friendly and helpful.
So I ordered. The only problem was I could not track my order. But it got here. :)
My family and I installed the balusters and I could not be more pleased. The dramatic change was even more than I hoped for.

split stair
good price but I have issues with some of the product. I have 2 split stairs and a split rail seems the glue is not holding up well.

Great and very speedy sevice with good quality.
I was very pleased with the spindles I ordered. I needed missing parts to my staircase and couldn't find them anywhere. I was able to modify the ones I ordered and no one can see any difference!
