I am beyond disappointed with Stake and their birthday bonus system. Stake has been my primary casino for the last six or seven years; I deposit almost daily and have lost thousands of dollars annually. I’m not naive—I know the house always wins—and I’m not here to complain about the losses themselves. I actually enjoy the platform and generally find it to be a fair casino. However, the $25 birthday bonus I received is utterly embarrassing on Stake’s behalf.
While I realize a birthday bonus isn't a requirement, the way they handle it is flawed. You usually have to hunt down support to even receive one rather than it being automated. For a loyal player who has been active daily for over half a decade, receiving $25 is a slap in the face—especially considering the massive profits this platform generates.
To put this in perspective: BetOnline gave me a $50 birthday bonus, and I only play there about once a month. For Stake to not even muster a couple hundred dollars for a long-term, high-volume player is truly sad. It’s chump change.
I’m giving Stake one star for this lack of respect. Do better, Stake. Treat your long-time loyal players with some actual appreciation instead of insulting us with "bonuses" that don't reflect our history with your site.

Funds Locked without reason!
After depositing $2,500 into Stake, the funds in my account were frozen for no apparent reason, and I was told I needed to complete Level 4 KYC verification.
I submitted all the required documents exactly as requested, but they are deliberately rejecting my Level 4 KYC application. When I contacted live support regarding this issue, I can no longer even get a response; I am certain I submitted the requested documents completely and accurately.
